“10/10 experience. I saw the customer reviews but I was nervous because you just never know. Ended up being super informative and respectful. I asked ChatGPT to estimate the cost of my services and he was way on the lower estimate so I’m grateful. He squeezed me in with a same day appointment and I was out the same day with both issues resolved. Fair price, excellent service, my car runs 1000x better.”

“My car wasn’t starting and I called this place and they were at my house in 10 minutes to tow it, replaced the spark plugs and my brakes in one day and had it ready by that next morning. The prices are incredibly fair and they don’t try and upcharge you. I just moved to the neighborhood so finding such a great auto shop has been on my list of things to do and I’ve done that here. The team kept me updated on everything to do with my car and were very transparent about prices and options.”

“My car decided to stop working completely on my way into work. I was DISTRAUGHT. I knew I was tight on money and I knew that it was gonna make a dent in my bank account. I wasnt happy, day off to a bad start. The guy who answered the phone (i dont remember his name unfortunately) was so nice. Calm with me. I was sitting there ready to cry and he was so nice. On top of that, the guy who came with the tow was so nice aswell. Turned my horrendous start to my day into a decent day. I hope I never have to get my car towed anywhere again, but if I do, I know who im calling.”

“Amazing service. My 3rd call (other ETAs were 1.5 hours). They picked up right away, gave me a short ETA, and Julio & his tow truck pulled up within SIX minutes!!!! Payment was easy, done via text link, and they provided a receipt. Julio let me ride with him, suggested a mechanic to me, and even gave me his thoughts on what the problem could be. I HIGHLY recommend these guys — it was a pleasure chatting with Julio after such a bad, unexpected breakdown on the expressway at 10pm.”

“My car suddenly went dead as I was getting off I-94 Eastbound at exit 1H St Paul Ave/ James Lovell St. I was stuck going North and couldn't move the vehicle. Once I got a hold of AJ Towing, they gave me a 30 minute window to arrival. Chris was the representative that they sent and he was professional and took care of everything swiftly. “I have had to use their services multiple times over the years with illegally parked vehicles on my property. Always prompt and easy to work with. Now that they are offering mechanic work, they will see more of me. Even before they offered mechanic services, the owner and the people that work there have helped me a bunch of times with issues with my daughters vehicle. Always a pleasure to work with no matter who is dispatched and they go above and beyond when they are able to. I recommend Budget towing and salvage to anyone looking to get a tow or junk their vehicle.”

“They fixed my Cadillac. They didn't charge me a lot of money and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them highly they do excellent work and the owner of the company does a lot of the work himself and he is referred by other mechanics in the area because they don't know how to fix certain things and he doesn't know how to fix anything and everything he is an intelligent man that knows what he's doing and I would most definitely use him at A1 towing for any car repair. I mean any car repair this mechanic, and his other mechanics are great.Service: Long distance hauling”

“A real, truthful n honest car repair shop! If you really need your vehicle fixed where it needs to be fixed, this is THE place! Every other car repair shop in Milwaukee never does what you requested to be done. Not 1 !!! They fix other things leaving problems still there. Very deceitful n unhonest, especially with older people. Really good to have found a honest n helpful shop to work with!!!”

“They do their job and are proper with how they pick up vehicles despite how we feel about our vehicles being towed thats on where we park or how long ect. Only one to be mad at is ourselves and to not make false reviews like most I have read. Customer service is great treat them the way you want to be treated. They are just doing their job appointed by others. Dave is an amazing person helped me laugh through the process my car isn't worth much should have left it with them tbh but I had a great experience working with them to get my vehicle back. Wont be in the city parking anytime soon lol”
