“Where do I start? If only I could give them a billion stars as opposed to just the 5 star. I have used AJ Towing both for tows as well as vehicle repair and both times was left wildly impressed by their work. As far as tows go, I must have called every towing company in greater Milwaukee trying to get my inoperative vehicle removed from my apartment’s indoor parking structure, with all of all of these places telling me that the parking garage’s structural height was way too low for them to fit their trucks into, thus unable to help me. I called AJ Towing after a full day of failed attempts calling other places. Immediately, I got a foreign voice on the line, informing me that he would come to my place and figure it—I was skeptical and wasn’t getting my hopes up. When the man on the line came out—as it turns out the manager—he resourcefully thought outside the box and after only a few minutes of brainstorming had my vehicle successfully transported from the parking garage by way of this specialized dolly structure he had in his chest of random odds and ends in his truck. It gets better from there: Not only were they the only towing company in greater Milwaukee to be able to get the vehicle removed out from the parking garage, but this foreign-voiced manager’s white male mechanic, Logan, who does the car fixes is genius. Logan is very personable and has spent his whole life fixing vehicles, and it shows in his amazing work. I was left with a great tow and a great car repair. The two of them make an unstoppable team. I should note that they do ask that you make the final payment in cash and because of their integrity and the fact I want to support them because of their work, I don’t mind doing that at all and pay them whatever they deem fit. Please support their business and pay in cash and pay them what they are worth. Great towing companies like this will go out of businesses if people do not do everything they can to support. Logan and AJ, you are a brilliant team. It’s also fun talking to them because they have fun personalities, and Logan is filled with great stories about his life. To my knowledge, I think it’s only Logan and AJ and they are a smaller business, so during busy times of year when there are lots of accidents, may be hard to get in. Not sure on that because I’ve only needed them when it wasn’t busy. Whatever the case, this place is gold.”

“Our dealership worked with Accurate Transmission Specialists to replace our 2012 Camry’s transmission under warranty. There were some complications and the first replacement ended up having problems too. But, they went above and beyond and really put in there due diligence. After multiple times testing out the car car they honored the 6 month warranty and replaced it again free of charge. It’s been months now and the car works great! Sometimes stuff just happens but it’s what you do to amend the issue that matters. I am highly satisfied and thankful for the outcome. We would do business with them again. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful.”
