Long story short, I needed to get 4 tires asap plus oil change ? I shopped around all these different stores trying to find the best deal and needless to say, it was very overwhelming especially with being a female not knowing much about cars. Every single store I called or went to I would get a huge spiel and be told that there was way more things that needed to be done with my car, or I’d have to wait weeks because, I had an unusual tire. Finally came across A&A Tires reached out them, spoke with a kind gentleman who was able to answer all my questions and got me right away to fix my car that same day I can’t thank them enough ?❤️
I will forever go here from here on out if I ever have car troubles again.”

“I took my car to the Ford dealership and they are saying I needed all kinds of work so I took it to Richlen on 68th they checked everything out it turned out I didn't need all the work the dealership was saying I normally go here anyway but I was told to take my car to the dealership never again I will bring my car back here from now on this is my second vehicle they have worked on for me they will not do unnecessary repairs thank you”
“I had a problem with a stuck thermostat. No charge. A year ago I took my high mileage GMC truck to ETE to replace my rear shocks and when I got the bill it was about 15% lower than the estimate I received from the dealership. Same parts, but ETE cares about their customers. The dealership had done a valve job on the left side of the engine. Last summer ETE did the right side. Identical work and guess what…the bill was almost $1000 less than the dealership for identical work. Last week my emission check light went on. ETE fixed it. It was only a loose hose connection. Small diagnostic cost, no repair cost. I have never encountered better mechanical service in all my years of high mileage driving. Better yet, their ethics match their expertise. I highly recommend ETE If you want expert repair at a reasonable cost. JJF”

“I called spoke with Mike on the phone about getting an estimate or diagnosis. Found out the diagnosis is free, which was awesome. Bought the vehicle last year for an extre winter car. After a month I was going to sell it for parts of junk it, because my transmission was slipping. I didn't have enough money to replace the transmission. Thankfully, they found the problem was the speed output sensor for the transmission. I had them do the work to replace the sensor which saved me from most likely having to junk the vehicle. I really appreciate the customer service, reasonable price and the great work that they did. If you need any work done on your transmission or any work related to that. Be sure and give them a call you will be 100% happy you did I know I am.... Thanks guys for the great work.”

“I was getting ready to leave Wisconsin and head back to Missouri when I tried to start my truck. Nothing, it wouldn't start. So called to get it towed. The only place I wanted to take it to was Voline. WHY? Because my mom Nancy Huggins took her car to them for many years. These guys are great. Honest very helpful and respectful. They were so good to her that she gave her 1992 Honda Accord to them when she called it quits for driving. My truck was looked at and the problem was aloose battery cable. I was called about 15-20 minutes later and that's what I was told. I asked what do I owe. I was told nothing. I said are you sure I was told yes. Again I want to say thank you for all you did. Didn't charge me for looking at either of them since th they didn't really do anything. If that was at a dealer they would have hit me with $180 each time.”
“I was traveling from out of town when my auto kept stalling while driving. I just happened to pull into the Shell station and saw Max Auto at 5pm on a Thursday. I stopped in to ask if they could help and explained that I was out of town traveling with my 4 kids. They stopped what they were doing and checked under the hood to find the alternator had gone bad. These amazing guys worked to help me in every way! They were honest and did not take advantage of the situation. Two of the guys replaced the alternator in under two hours and had me back on my way home . I cannot thank them enough! Go there!!!!”

“Jeff and his team were able to resolve a nagging issue with the active suspension system on my 2018 Mercedes Benz GLE 43 AMG. They identified the source of the problem and followed a Mercedes technical bulletin to resolve it.
Communication was great throughout and the price at the end was very reasonable. I've driving it for almost two weeks since the repair and the problem is completely resolved!
