“Recently, it appears the folks at Extra Space Storage on Green Bay Ave in Milwaukee have really stepped up their game. Friendly and helpful service. Also, (to my surprise) rates for units can vary significantly by facility location, even it's the same storage company! I have two Extra Space Storage units in two different parts of town. The same exact sized unit is more than $35 cheaper per month at their Green Bay Ave location! So, even if it's an extra drive... might be worth the savings.”

“I figured I’d see a Penske signature yellow truck for our delivery (after looking at all the other photos posted here) but a white one arrived instead!! I looked it up later, and learned that Penske is now going to be using more white trucks because they are more efficient for the company and easier to resell afterwards, which was very interesting to find out. Even with the vehicle color surprise, the delivery process was simple. The employees were beyond expectations-- nice, helpful, professional. Thank you guys, you were awesome!!”

“I've purchased two sleeper tractors from Lakeside International and they're great. Lakeside Dave AKA "David Clausen" was the sales representative for both trucks and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I bought my first truck there in 2021 and I'm still running it. I needed a second one and I contacted David and in less than a month I added another truck to my small fleet. I live in Massachusetts and I flew to Wisconsin to pick the truck up. The truck was inspected by their shop and gone through before my arrival. After I left, I had some minor issues with the truck but David answered my call in a reasonable time. David and his financial manager "Roger Meeker" jumped right in to it to remedy the problem. I definitely recommend this place and the people there. I'll be seen them for another truck in the future.”

“Had to pick up our toy hauler here because the original reservation spot did not have one. They charged me full price instead of the discounted rate for renting a truck and a trailer. This happened because you all had to change the reservation and rent the truck and the trailer separately. When asked about the price the man at the desk said oh no no no no it's right it's just a deposit and you'll get it back on the other end. Which of course never happened because it wasn't a deposit it was a charge. And then the real kicker is they don't give you straps for the toy hauler so in addition to overcharging me I had to buy a hundred and five dollar Towing straps which is not the fault of this facility. EDIT, after several days of going back and forth with Uhaul, Joe from this facility called. He was friendly and I was finally able to get the refund I was owed. While I will never rent again with Uhaul, I will give the credit owed to this facility.”
“Good truck leasing service to do work with. Not any of these companies are without fault. I have worked with companies that are so much worse and do not care for customers appropriately. Not perfect, but good, probably the best in our state.”

“Had an excellent experience at Budget, in minutes from the time I walked in, to when I got into the car; it was definitely the most efficient and enjoyable car rental experience I’ve ever had. “Moving in itself can be A LOT. The amazing customer service given by Patrice and Bobby added some ease to the process. They were kind, helpful & patient, it made a difference! I’m already knowing how stressful their job could be but they didn’t let that show and I’m grateful! Thank you! Checking out and checking in the truck was easy and it didn’t cost an arm or a leg. They also had coffee in the lobby, which I don’t usually drink but BABY I had me a cup that day after a long night/day before moving.”
“I needed boxes to organize my storage....they have a nice selection of various sizes and tapes etc. Service was fine, all was good...
I was let down by the quality of the boxes....They ripped at the corner seems...Perhaps, there are weight limits...or preferred functions that the boxes were designed for, that I was not aware of...with the exception of the boxes, not meeting my expectations, the visit was fine....
BUT, in the end I went there because I wanted new, good quality, Boxes....And,in that, it was a fail....Sorry but the boxes were flimsy and not nearly what I was expecting.....I will need to replace all the boxes with strong sturdy boxes as soon as I can locate a new supplier. ....”
“Rented a 16 foot Truck from Budget in West Allis. 2 guys at the front desk were awesome and super helpful! Daniel was very patient with us as we called our insurance company to see if the truck would be covered under our current policy (took like 20 minutes). Make sure if you're renting a truck to check if you need to buy extra insurance for the truck (unexpected extra $300 at budget since our policy didn't cover rental trucks). Overall great experience and would use budget rental trucks in West Allis anytime.”
“I was very impressed with the two young men that serviced me (one at pick up, the other at drop off). Upon arrival I had many beginners questions and a situation. He was very patient and knowledgeable and I left feeling good. Dragged myself back after a taxing day and it being my first experience I had question about the check out. He was there to go over everything and I even learned a few things. His tact and demeanor made me ignore the cold and engage in a few extra sentences before my departure lbvs. The process, equipment and staff all easily deserve a 5 rating on my experience.”
“Hi, I have used U-Haul as my go-to storage facility. I have had storage here for a number of years. Dominic, the manager has always been nice, kind and pleasant. U-Haul has had a complete turn around from what I can see In the last recent months such as: friendlier staff, the facility Is really coming around and Is clean. The only thing I want to press upon Is..... it Is a beautiful building when driving down capital Dr during the summer months just please ? try and be more diligent about keeping the outside appearance more tidy and have It more garbage or liter free and that goes for the back dock area too. Otherwise you are all doing fabulous work.??”
