DJ is the best!
He went above and beyond to help us from early in the morning until the afternoon. DJ never lost his smile and took the time to ask questions, make calls, and truly understand our needs in order to resolve the issue with making a new account for my mom. If you’re looking for kindness, professionalism, and a genuinely human experience, this is the place to go.

Long wait times with 2 workers that weren't doing anything and could have helped us purchase the 3 new phones we were wanting to upgrade to.

Two sundays ago, my husband and I went in to upgrade our phones as we both got a text for free upgrades. We go in and were told that it is an online exclusive only and refused to help us UNLESS we wanted to upgrade our phone plan and pay more money a month. So after fighting with them and they refusing to help us and told us to either do it on the app or call customer service to upgrade our phones, we decided to upgrade them through the app, then do an instore pick up. (Side note, the pewaukee store MANAGER told us if Brookfield really wanted to help us they could have, but chose not to and stated we had to do it ourselves) We sat in store, did everything our self, the app ended up having an error with our order and needed to call customer service to straighten in our. Again, all while the in store workers just sat around “unable to help us”. We eventually got our phones and they told us to take the new phones and our old phones home, active the new ones and bring the old ones back after we knew everything transferred over. My husband’s phone active fine, my phone took 4 hours, 6 calls to customer service and 50 min on hold to activate. So fast forward to last Sunday, we now bring them to Verizon in pewaukee and he couldn’t take our old phones because they are not a corporate location. (Our fault) Okay fine, so we then confirm that Waukesha is. We drive there and they are unable to take them because the return was set to Brookfield. The Waukesha store calls Brookfield and they confirmed that we could return them in store. Now we drive to the THIRD Verizon store of the day and the manager tells us he can not accept them and we have to send them back via mail. He can not provide a shipping label for us so he gives us a shipping box at least and sends us on our way. We have to call customer service yet again, to get a shipping label to send our old phones back. This has been the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had with Verizon. My husband and I have been on a plane together for 5 years, I had Verizon for 4 years prior. If it wasn’t for the last call my husband had with customer service about the shipping label we would have switched services because this has been a nightmare.

Tristin was very helpful today. I went in to the store for some assistance with my service plan, and Tristin made sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. She was very knowledgeable and very kind!

I wouldn't recommend this place. Employee had an attitude and watched me like a hawk as I was trying to pick out accessories for my brand new phone. Not a Verizon worthy experience. At all.

Went in to return an old phone for trade for my daughter and ended up with a better plan and a new phone for myself. I didn’t feel sold or pushed but I got all my questions answered and they helped be begin to set up my new phone. Tristan and Jarvey are the best to work with! We have had experiences with both of them and they go beyond to help you.

If I could five a 0 I would.
I was told to go to an in person store by corporate. The employee who “helped” me was inconsiderate, rude, and condescending. She treated me like an idiot from the moment she walked up to me. She has been working there 5 years but did not act like it. And she failed to resolve my issue or give any guidance on how to resolve this issue besides “go to apple”. Overall would never recommend this store to anyone as this is not my first issue with them. I have been a customer with them for over 20 years with multiple devices and I am considering by switching because of this interaction.

Extremely dishonest sales process. Our sales associate created a super inflated bill and then added "discounts" to bring it to the same price as online. After we got an itemized bill, we found out they added things we told them we didn't want on our bill. Our bill has changed 4 times since we have switched since our discounts "keep disappearing." We regret moving to Verizon and plan to switch back to US Cellular.

Brandon did a great job helping me when I came in with issues regarding my account. One of the first employees from Verizon corporate store that took the time to try to help me after traveling to 2 other stores. Thank you Brandon!

The manager is disrespectful, unhelpful, and confrontational. He wanted to argue instead of offer any solutions before even listening to the problem, and told us they don’t choose the brands they sell and claiming it isn’t his responsibility. They forced us to buy a screen protector to buy the phone and it broke in six days. The supposedly brand new phone is not working less than a week after purchasing. We were told everything was under for 30 days, but they refuse to do anything about either.
It took them several hours to “set up” the phone in the first place, but did not transfer ANYTHING over to the new phone. No contacts, no photos. The employee claimed I needed to buy google storage to retain this and I did, which did not help. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

My husband and I came in looking for a plan with better service than our current plan. We were greeted by Cam and he was great from the start! He explained to us different plans that fit our needs. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Great customer service . Would def recommend! ?

Alark has been incredibly difficult to work with. We exchanged lines with him, informing him of our intention to make international calls, and he assured us it would cost 15 to 20 cents per minute. However, upon receiving the Verizon bill, we discovered it was actually $4 per minute. Alark has since ceased to assist us and has stopped answering our calls. I strongly advise against dealing with them. Despite their convincing efforts to make you switch, their service is subpar, and they offer no support whatsoever. I'm reverting back to T-Mobile.

Poor service and rude lady and manager backs her up as if it was a confrontation sad there people represent such a prestige name like Verizon. Hope they don't keep discouraging customer to ever come back to this location or even do business here ..
