The NP community management team has been excellent! The building is kept very clean and well maintained condition, the management team is always on site during the week and the maintenance team responds quickly and efficiently. Very much appreciated!

I feel very secure in my 1 bedroom apartment here at Northpointe - really enjoy the nice pool after a long days work & the underground parking is kept very clean. The neighbors are nice & quiet also. Management is very fortunate to have Jodi & her staff on their team!!!

The maintenance person came down he looked at the closet door it’s the door when you first come in the apartment. He use special glue for the door because the door came loose I couldn’t open or slide the door open or close now I’m able to do so. So far I’m able to use the door now.
