Apartments are nice but the rent is high.
They increase the rent on a regular basis which is ridiculous.

We lived at Spur 16 for two years and had a great experience. Management was always attentive and the property is kept neat and clean which I appreciate.

Amazing amenities. Amazing location. Amazing management team. Brand new everything and centered right next to the Mequon Public Market (my favorite food spot of all time). I couldn't ask for a better set up!
