“Amazing team. My car died In the parking lot of Walmart. I went over to service and was a little overwhelmed as I had to be to work within a hour. The mechanic Tyria came over jumped my car and they immediately pulled my car in changed my battery and off to work I went. So thankful for them and the mechanic. Thank you Tyrus!!!!”

“I have had mixed experiences at Walmart Auto Care Centers. However, I have only had satisfactory experiences at the Lake Geneva location. Most recently, there was an issue with a TPS sensor breaking that I supplied. Instead of doubling down on repair costs or trying to skirt the cost of their mistake, employee -Gordon- went out of his way to speak directly to the general manager. He was able to resolve the issue while keeping me, the customer, in mind. He stayed calm and explained all aspects of the solution. I don’t leave reviews often. Way to go Gordon!”
