“I bought my truck from Rick at Lake Geneva Motors towards the end of July 2020. However , we had been talking since March 2020 , just as cities across the country were on lockdown. I usually like to kick the tires , look under the hood but was unable to do so as i am located in New York. We wracked our brains trying to figure out how to get the deal done. We finally agreed on a virtual test ride : his wife set up the videoconference on Skype and it was fantastic. Rick was very open about the truck he was selling and i had it shipped to me.I don't think i ever met such an honest and trustworthy salesman who was so mindful of the predicament and extremely helpful as well .
