“Great experience working with Jessica to purchase a new washer and dryer. She was very knowledgeable and provided us with the pros and cons between top load versus front load washers. The items we purchased were in stock so we had fast delivery. The installers were quick and efficient and started both units in their cleaning cycles so we could use them ASAP.”
“Installers were very much in a hurry, in and out in less than 30 minutes. To include removal of old fridge. Never wiped down the fridge, left no door spacing tool, left no tool for the removal of the door handles, never attempted to level fridge. I had to ask how the fridge was leveled. Seemed very rushed.”

Scott W. was able to help us with everything over the phone. We ordered on a Friday & dryer was delivered Monday. The crew had done the work needed on the dryer ahead of time so the installation was quick & there were no surprises. Highly recommended Grand Appliance & TV.”

“They usually have what you need for household projects. Great selelection of power tools and hand tools. Good selection of electrical supplies and plumbing supplies. The lumber here is not the best around. They advertise an indoor lumber yard however everytime I have bought wood from here it is hard to find boards that are not wet or warped or bowed. They have ok prices on seasonal decorations and patio furniture. Customer service is generally pretty good with usually friendly staff. Good lawn and garden center with good plant selection. Probably your best bet for home improvement projects.”
“I always pay my bill in-store due to a previous issue that happened. That being stated, that's why I give them a 4 star rating. They send me, like 7 to 8 reminders ( per month) that my bill is due. However, going in to pay it, I end up waiting for someone at the service desk. They need more help at the desk or some just (specifically) designated to take customer's payments.”

“I had ceiling tiles delivered and saw by the UPS notification that they had arrived. I spoke to Heidi about needing them to be updated as delivered in Home Depot's computer so I could pick them up ASAP, since I had a worker here ready to install them. Heidi was super helpful making it happen; called me back shortly to say I could pick them up. When I got to the service desk it was super busy with customers. When it was my turn, Barbara was very helpful and very polite with a crabby customer waiting behind me. Barbara and Heidi helped my carry out my order and provided excellent customer service.
