“Found K&D via Google, convenient to my work, & was able to get an appointment with short notice for their Diamond detailing package: complete exterior wash & interior deep clean. I love that they even had Sat. & Sun. hours. Dropped my ride off Fri. PM & car was ready as promised Sat. afternoon, looking super sparkly clean so that I could take part in a charity car show the next day. Ken was very friendly, informative, & service-focused. My car turned out great, pricing was reasonable, & services delivered as promised on their site - love supporting local independent small businesses like this! I wanted to wait (work done about a month and a half ago) to leave a review to see if there were any changes but it still looks great! “I have just joined the Shine Wash membership at Road Runner and I’m very impressed so far. The wash is fast, thorough, and leaves my car looking spotless every time. I especially like that they do a quick pre-rinse before the wash and provide plenty of clean towels and supplies for customers to use — little touches that make a big difference.
The staff here are always present, helpful, and attentive, which really sets the place apart. Everything feels well-run and professional, and you can tell they care about keeping customers happy.
It’s also great knowing this is a local Wisconsin business. I’d much rather support them than the bigger chains, and I’ll definitely be recommending Road Runner to my friends, family, and coworkers.
I only have 2 small suggestions for them: it would be great if your weekday evening hours were through 7 pm, which would be convenient for working folks. Also, I wish there was a touch-free option; in fact, I wouldn't be opposed to it being touch-free only.”
“I recently had the opportunity to visit Auto Collision due to a scratch on my vehicle. Without an appointment I stopped in, showed the technician the scratch and asked if they could repair. He said yes, quoted me a price and that they could do the repair right then and it would only take about 15 minutes. They delivered. They did a great job. “Took my car in, worked with Serge who was very professional. Left my car for a few hours with him, I had explained my biggest concern was a full cup of coffee in my seat. He assured me that he could fix that without a problem ( he did). When i picked up my car, he walked around explaining what he did and what he couldn't clean (deep deep stains) since I just paid for a basic detailing. He did tell me how and why certain things were cleaned. He truly wanted to show his work and for me to not have any unanswered questions. I will be doing business with them again.”

Thanks to their tech, who was willing to work extra hours, we were able to get it done in two days. The customer service they provided was reminiscent of days gone by and their price was very fair. They were considerably less expensive than BillBar in Nashotah, which is much closer to our home. I would highly recommend using Truck and Auto Elegance. If I could give them 10 stars I would!”
