“The car looks good. After an initial issue that wasn’t noticed until I brought the car home, Maaco took it back and fixed it no questions asked and did not charge me a penny more. They sprayed the color so well, I can’t tell the difference, in regard to color, from where they worked on the vehicle. Customer service was excellent.”

We have two golden retrievers that ride in the car, so it’s a significant task to get the inside cleaned. “I recently had the opportunity to visit Auto Collision due to a scratch on my vehicle. Without an appointment I stopped in, showed the technician the scratch and asked if they could repair. He said yes, quoted me a price and that they could do the repair right then and it would only take about 15 minutes. They delivered. They did a great job. “I recently took my truck in, which had some stubborn leaf tannin stains on the roof that other washes just couldn't handle. I'd tried a touchless wash and even one with spinning rags, and no luck. But this place really impressed me. They assured me they could get it off with their regular wash, and sure enough, they did a wonderful job. I was really impressed with the care they took to get those stains out. Definitely recommend them if you've got a tough job!”
“I've gone here occasionally for car washes over the years and it always felt strange the way they have an attendant at each payment station to tell you the options and swipe your card for you. It's a touch screen at driver's window level, why can't I just do it myself?
I realized recently that it's because they're trying to rope you into a contract. The problem is that the salesman never mentioned a membership or future charges, and the receipt he gave me (I now realize) was cut off. I'd asked for a single budget wash and the only thing the salesman said was that for an extra $1.50 I could get 30 days of washes. Nothing about it being $25/month after that, nothing about agreeing to future charges on my card or terms of cancellation.
When I noticed the charge for the next month I called customer service and they explained everything that should have been printed on the receipt, but refused to issue a refund. She said I should have also received a text with a link, but I haven't found it. I'll be flagging this charge with my credit card company and will go out of my way to avoid this car wash going forward.
Update: Skip the customer service number, call the location directly. The manager, Antonio, was so nice- refunded the charge, offered comped washes, and communicated with everyone involved. Way more than necessary, but much appreciated.”
