I love that they even had Sat. & Sun. hours. Dropped my ride off Fri. PM & car was ready as promised Sat. afternoon, looking super sparkly clean so that I could take part in a charity car show the next day. Ken was very friendly, informative, & service-focused. My car turned out great, pricing was reasonable, & services delivered as promised on their site - love supporting local independent small businesses like this! “My experience at Reflections detailing was nothing short of amazing and impressive. My car was embarrassingly dirty, I wish I had before and after to post. They took the time to restore my car to practically new condition. Toyota didn’t even sell me the car this clean. I highly recommend. If they can clean my car, they can do any car. It was so worth the time and money. The owner is extremely nice and personable the staff is pleasant and hardworking. I can’t say enough good things about them.”

“I bought a new car two weeks ago and just recently noticed a few minor scratches on it. I stopped by to see if it’s something simple enough they can fix and to see what the cost was going to be. The receptionist that helped me got started was friendly and helpful. She walked around the vehicle with me and I pointed out where the scratches were. While I was waiting back in the waiting area a gentleman by the name of Jim came to update me that they can remove the scratches, just not at that moment but if I was to wait about an hr they can get to it. Less than 10mins go by and they were completed! I appreciate the great customer service and no cost fix. I will definitely go back for future repairs if ever needed and will recommend 1collision to friends and family.”

“I’d like to start off by saying this is one of the easiest dealerships to work with. I had initially ordered a White Range Rover back in 2021 when they released the new body style. Unfortunately the initial dealership I ordered it from was unable to deliver my vehicle as promised. I’ve purchased two Range Rovers from Erik within the past year. “I've been coming here for a while now to get my car washed, mainly because they do the inside. I hadn't been there in a while so my car was reasonably dirty but he did a great job and took the time to get it pretty good. You really can't beat that for $15. I tried the food last time I was there (maybe a month ago). Cheeseburger, might have had bacon on it. Pretty good, I'd probably try something again.”

The car had numuerous scatches in deck lid and hood , actually pretty much everywhere..... they bufffed and rubbed out all of them and waxed the car..... it came out fantastic! The air suspension shocks were going to be over $6500 so I asked if they could replace with a third party coil shock saving me about $2000. “Workers didn’t open garage door. My car was slammed into the door by the automatic system 5 times bending the garage door locking me in causing me to be late to work. They assured me a manager will call me, it’s been two days without a call. I’ve called corporate they told me a manger will call me. After the second call corporate once again told me they would take care of it. Going above and beyond, giving me an alt number to get in touch just in case the manager didn’t get to me. 5 minutes later I got a call from the manager very apologetic telling me they would take care of it and the next steps to getting my car fixed. Overall a very inconvenient problem as I just got the car. But staff was very apologetic and as helpful as they could be. As far as corporate goes they get things done. This company cares for their customers. I’ll keep this post updated for the after pictures and confirmation that my car was repaired.”

“I’ve had to go twice in a month in a half. My last vehicle got a oil change here, then a week later was totaled. Today I brought in my new Durango and I had Paul again for my oil change service, and he remembered me! He said boy you like your Durango’s! He also helped me to get a new flood light which was difficult to get off and on and a new air filter because the one in my truck was horrible! Paul is patient, pleasant, and has AMAZING customer service skills! It’s people like him that make this scrub a dub the only place I get oil changes for the last 4 years! This place is great!
