“I had to get body work done after an accident, and I ended up going with Collision County Line based on a recommendation. Honestly relieved I did. The staff was upfront with me the whole way through — no pressure, no weird upselling, just clear answers about what needed fixing and why. They kept me posted while my car was in the shop, which I appreciated since that part of the process can be stressful. Pricing was also better than a couple other quotes I'd gotten. Car came back looking good as new. Not something I was excited to deal with, but they made a bad situation a lot more manageable. Would go back if I ever needed to (though hopefully I won't).”

“I usually dont write reviews, but the great reviews are what brought me to Autowise when my car had a mystery coolant leak. Never have I felt so comfortable and supported at a repair shop. Alex and Edgar got me in for an engine check within the hour I called (more like within 20 minutes!), my mechanic John worked on and off across multiple days trying to find the mysterious leak, even coming in on his own time, unpaid, to figure out the issue. John explained his thought process to me without being condescending, even bringing me back to the shop to show me first hand what I was dealing with. John also found chewed-through wires and fixed it up, even though that had nothing to do with my coolant leak, and didnt charge for it.
These guys are the most helpful, positive mechanics you can find in the area. They didnt try to sell me on any extras, they worked tirelessly to figure out the issue, and they were very accommodating to my needs. The pricing was affordable and reasonable, no upcharging.. in fact, Im certain I underpaid for all the help they offered.
This place is clean, the people are awesome, and any woman can feel comfortable coming here for car issues. 10/10 recommend!”
“Great Kudos to Larry and Roadrunner Car Wash in Menomonee Falls. My relative was on auto pay for car washes at Roadrunner and became disabled and was no longer driving. She never stopped the auto pay and was deducted 40 monthly for a car wash. When I took over paying her bills, I realized she had been paying for a car wash for over a year and had not been using this service. I contacted Roadrunner to discontinue this auto deduct and spoke with Larry about getting a refund for the previous year's charges. He was very accommodating and gave us a 2 month refund which could be done through the computer, but then explained he couldn't go further back than that, but gave us a one year free future car wash program for another car. Thank you Larry. Great customer accommodations. Highly recommend !!!! Five Stars for customer service and community business responsibility.”

“Came to get a simple car wash and Jay gave me a 3 month subscription for only $10 a month. To be able to come once a day for a car wash and have unlimited car washes throughout the month, it’s a deal.
Jay went above and beyond to offer tire cleaning services and had great customer service. I strongly recommend this car wash to anyone.
Has free vacuums and towels to clean that interior dirt. Big plus is these vacuums don’t stink and leave your car smelling awful after you vacuum.

“I’ll preface this by saying that I can’t speak to the actual car washing services of Trackside, but the owner was so kind to me when I had car troubles. My muffler was hanging off, and he spent about 30 minutes meticulously tying it back up so I could get home safe. As a young adult woman, I more than appreciated him taking the time to help me.

“I brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler into this shop to replace what I thought was a bad seal on my rear differential. I was prepared to pay several hundred dollars for the materials and labor. Several hours after dropping off the Jeep I received a call from the manager explaining that the seal was perfectly good and the leakage I was noticing was due to a poorly seated plug. They re-seated the plug, checked fluid levels and cleaned everything up for me. This shop saved me a good amount of money. Moreover, I greatly appreciate the honesty - they are a very upstanding and transparent shop.”

“I've been coming here for a while now to get my car washed, mainly because they do the inside. I hadn't been there in a while so my car was reasonably dirty but he did a great job and took the time to get it pretty good. You really can't beat that for $15. I tried the food last time I was there (maybe a month ago). Cheeseburger, might have had bacon on it. Pretty good, I'd probably try something again.”

“Nice hours. Wash plan is convenient, and I wash often. When i started my monthly plan, i could wash my car whenever I wanted like other providers. Now it's only once a day, which is very disappointing. Sometimes the machinery is broken, and the tire shine i pay for with my wash is not on my car. If you happened to notice, there was an employee who would allow you to manually apply a small amount yourself, but i haven't seen him in months. I need my value for my dollars in this day and age.”

“I really like having my car washed at a no touch car wash. There are no scratches/micro-scratches left by any swirling brushes or swaying cloths which can hold rocks, stones, gravel, and other cars rust chunks. The mechanical brush washed damage your paint. You can see the scratches in the sun outdoors. This wash station is well maintained, clean, and always gives the wash you choose and pay for. Other no touch washes are most often out of the waxes, sealants, and their spot-free rinses are hard , mineral laden water that do leave spots. This car wash is the best around for the money and your paint will look new year after year after year. Please patronize this business because they care about giving you value for your dollars. “We are very happy with the job they did on my wife’s CX-5. We had tons of dog hair in it and it was the short stuff, 2 Great Danes. For the car being a 2023 it looks like it just rolled off of the showroom floor! Next up is my 4-Runner. A pic of the girls just for fun! Highly recommend!”
