I love that they even had Sat. & Sun. hours. Dropped my ride off Fri. PM & car was ready as promised Sat. afternoon, looking super sparkly clean so that I could take part in a charity car show the next day. Ken was very friendly, informative, & service-focused. My car turned out great, pricing was reasonable, & services delivered as promised on their site - love supporting local independent small businesses like this! “My experience at Reflections detailing was nothing short of amazing and impressive. My car was embarrassingly dirty, I wish I had before and after to post. They took the time to restore my car to practically new condition. Toyota didn’t even sell me the car this clean. I highly recommend. If they can clean my car, they can do any car. “I bought a new car two weeks ago and just recently noticed a few minor scratches on it. I stopped by to see if it’s something simple enough they can fix and to see what the cost was going to be. The receptionist that helped me got started was friendly and helpful. She walked around the vehicle with me and I pointed out where the scratches were. While I was waiting back in the waiting area a gentleman by the name of Jim came to update me that they can remove the scratches, just not at that moment but if I was to wait about an hr they can get to it. Less than 10mins go by and they were completed! I appreciate the great customer service and no cost fix. I will definitely go back for future repairs if ever needed and will recommend 1collision to friends and family.”

“I was recently rear ended on my way to work. To my dismay, my car had a hole punched into the bumper from the frame of the vehicle that hit me - so very disruptive to the German styling of my Passat. Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).”

“Took my car in, worked with Serge who was very professional. Left my car for a few hours with him, I had explained my biggest concern was a full cup of coffee in my seat. He assured me that he could fix that without a problem ( he did). When i picked up my car, he walked around explaining what he did and what he couldn't clean (deep deep stains) since I just paid for a basic detailing. He did tell me how and why certain things were cleaned. He truly wanted to show his work and for me to not have any unanswered questions. I will be doing business with them again.”

“I would give these guys 10 stars if possible, and that still wouldn't be enough! I called to schedule an appointment for my Mercedes Sprinter that had 3 dents on the slider door. This is a work van, but I like to keep it looking good. I texted the photos to Acci-Dent and they got back to me in 2 minutes with a quote. I came in, and met Mike, who has over 20 years of experience in paintless dent removal. He got me in within minutes and even allowed me to hang out while he was doing the work. His passion for this industry really showed by him walking me through the process of what he was doing step by step (although most of it went over my head, haha). He finished his work, and changed me less than what I was quoted. Disclaimer: I am someone who cares deeply for my vehicles and I do all of my own work on them. I rarely trust anyone at all to work on them. However, I 100% trust Mike at Acci-Dent. He really knows what he is doing AND is passionate about doing the best job possible.”

He said yes, quoted me a price and that they could do the repair right then and it would only take about 15 minutes. They delivered. They did a great job.
