“My headlight went out today. I was in a panic since it gets dark soon and I didn't want to get pulled over. I called Silver Lake and spoke to Tyler, who was friendly and answered all my questions. I went in, was taken care of right away.Tyler took my car back and before I could enjoy their clean lobby, he was back with my keys at hand! He changed my headlight and even filled my window washer fluid (it's winter, so you know it needed to be refilled). I will definitely be coming back when I need other auto services! I highly recommend them!”

Long story short, I needed to get 4 tires asap plus oil change ? I shopped around all these different stores trying to find the best deal and needless to say, it was very overwhelming especially with being a female not knowing much about cars. Every single store I called or went to I would get a huge spiel and be told that there was way more things that needed to be done with my car, or I’d have to wait weeks because, I had an unusual tire. Finally came across A&A Tires reached out them, spoke with a kind gentleman who was able to answer all my questions and got me right away to fix my car that same day I can’t thank them enough ?❤️

Kusch's gave me peace of mind. They told me it's nothing that I needed to fix all at once, and I was able to walk out of there spending under $100.
I will certainly be coming back here for future check ups. The staff was friendly, and they even gave me a loaner car to use for the day so that I could get to work. They were timely, and provided me with information about my car that I didn't know before.

Just one example - we were experiencing a transmission issue with our Subaru Crosstrek and brought it in for assessment. The tech identified the issue and went the extra steps to determine that Subarua had issued a service bulletin and that the dealer would be able to offer an extended 100k mile warranty on the issue. They gave us all the information and codes and encouraged us to to take it in to the Subaru dealer so that we would not be charged for the repair. That's honesty and integrity in living proof.
We will keep coming here for service - and refer all our family and friends!”

“We've been taking our vehicles to Greitens for a few years now. We've had a wide range of services performed - from routine oil changes, to brake service, and other general repairs. Mike and team always seem honest and perform good, timely work. One time, I brought our car for an early oil change because we were going on a long trip. They called to make sure I really wanted that portion of the service, because it wasn't due yet. Other shops would have just performed the work and moved on...I appreciate their customer focus.”

We could see a Firestone from the parking lot. Called and our guardian angel, Brian, answered. He was over in less than 5 minutes to help us get back on the road and wouldn’t accept payment. “Went in for a rattle in my front wheel and to get a 2nd opinion on work my dealership said I need done. Habheggers prices were way more affordable. The one drawback has to do with the town of Freistadt itself. It's a lovely intersection with a hardware store, church and its campus, a grade school, and some nearby nature areas. Except for the hardware store, the only other establishment open to the public is a local bar that opens at 11:30. If you drop off a car early at Freistadt Auto or if there is a scheduling delay and you don't have a ride back home, it's very awkward to be walking along the street just the other side of an active grammar school, waiting for 11:30 as locals are hyper-sensitive, and rightly so, especially with strangers. Everyone seems to know everyone and are very suspicious of others. Definitely small-town feeling. Plan ahead to have a ride home as waiting in the waiting room is not too realistic for more than say an hour. One of the employees gave me a ride home during my first visit. Plan accordingly.”
