I have been terrified to purchase from another dealership as I had a HORRIBLE experience with a different dealership not too far down the road from this place, but FESTUS AUTO made my purchase decision so easy. I am unsure where they found their staff, but they are super friendly! lol. I know that sounds so bad, but in this day and age, it's hard to find good customer service. When you walk in, they offer you free soda, water, coffee and even snacks. Real snacks...not just mints..lol. That alone made me feel a bit more comfortable. I spoke with the salesman, and he didn't seem pushy at all which was another reason why I decided to purchase. The finance lady actually sat down with me to break all of the numbers down and to help me understand my terms. Shocked is an understatement. I have never seen a dealership like this one...especially on the NorthWest side of Milwaukee. The only bad thing that I noticed (If this is a bad thing..meh) was that the heat in the office was a bit hot...lol. I asked for the temperature to be turned down and they did it. Kudos to these people for sure!”

“Dave will support you with the used cars he sells and be totally honest in helping you out afterwards with any issues. He recently repaired a small exhaust leak that developed in the Subaru Legacy I purchased from Manyo Motors on July 8, 2022 (just over two months ago). He did not charge me for this repair, even though the onus is on ME for having purchased an older car at a point in its mileage history and where these things happen. This is MY fault and NOT his responsibility to repair it for free. I should have known these things would happen soon, given the age and mileage of this Subaru Legacy sedan.. Also, one week after I had purchased it, the electronic parking brake warning light/brake failure light came on, and his shop diagnosed that problem for free, even though this problem was the result of the previous owners use/misuse of the parking brake. Manyo Motors checked the car out thoroughly before they put it up for sale, but they never actually used the parking brake, as it is an automatic car and does not really need the parking brake. I was not charged for this diagnosis and was wisely advised to NOT repair the electronic parking brake, as the repair is far too expensive on a used car for something not really posing a danger if I do NOT use it (the parking brake). Again, if you buy a used car, this is the place to go. Julie”

“I had a slow leak in one tire. They repaired that, checked all of the other tires, their air pressure, and filled them with air... for $20. I am a woman of a "particular age"and I have never felt taken advantage of at this establishment.I have bought tires here over the years at a fair price and got quality tires.This is a no frills place and I believe they have a lot of integrity.Located on the NW corner of 76th and Florist...a couple blocks north of Silver Spring in Milwaukee.Update(11/17/23):I had 2 tires with "slow leaks" repaired. They replaced the faulty valve stems, filled all tires with air AND gave me a nice discount for being a loyal customer. They don't "upsel" anything unnecessary. I still highly recommend them!?”

“When the car dealership told my wife that she needed a new front passenger tire for $218, I about blew a gasket. I checked on line for tire service and came across Economy Tire Sales. Glad I did, the tech, told me there wasn't anything wrong with the tire, but wanted to find out why it was slowly leaking. He took off the tire and found that it needed a new valve stem. He had it repaired in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place for any of your tire needs.”
