The reason for this review though is because of the employee working there, Michelle, she was so friendly! and went out of her way to answer a few questions for us. So nice. “We came to Chetek to go fishing for a week with my cousin who has been coming here for many years now! Of course in order to legally go fishing we needed a fishing license so we came here the day we arrived to get that taken care of. My wife and I both needed to get an out-of-state license so we answered all of their questions to fill out the form, paid the fee, and left with our fishing licenses. We also got some bait so we could get started immediately! Staff here were very helpful and friendly taking care of what we wanted. They have a good selection of bait and tackle.”
“Rice Lake has a town ordinance that doesn't allow any stores to sell alcohol except liquor stores. This one is Kwik trip, but with it's own entrance. Decent selection and prices.”

“QuikTrips are everywhere and are the absolute best place to go for a cheap but extremely tasty and good coffee they have all the condiments that you could imagine! People are always friendly depending on which ones you go to LOL and everything is very easy to find! Extremely big Isles for people that may be in a wheelchair easy to get around also a lot of space and a lot of room.”
“It's a normal, everyday, Kwik Trip. The customer service was great. They were pretty respectful and funny to my family and I. We frequent there for air and gas. Kwik snacks as well lol.”

Water is just hot enough
A&W restuarant is good.
When I arrived at 6pm the one shower was broke and the other needed cleaned. 2 ladies working the counter so went went to clean while other one helped guest.
Staff was friendly and helpful but I was also patient and not in a hurry.
I waited about 10 minutes or so and it was ready. Showers are nicer than most. 1 towel 1 floor rug and 1 washcloth provided.
At 530pm parking was 75% full for us trucks.
Truckers lounge looks decent but I did not use it.
Parking lot was decently clean. They do have a fenced in dog run but needs mowed.”

“There was a guy in the razor section today and he gave me outstanding customer service! He made me feel as though he truly cared about what I was looking for and even found me an awesome deal on some clearance razors! He went above and beyond and showed concern about whether or not I had shaving cream as well. I didn't get his name but if you can figure out who he is he definitely deserves kudos for the awesome customer service he gave me today! He is truly is a gem!
Update: I ran into this gentleman a couple days ago back at the store and I did get to get his name His name is Mike and Mike deserves all sorts of kudos for being such an excellent retail salesperson and making me feel like I'm matter”

There are bathrooms and ATMS and food. Pretty good prices.
And clean. Fast food already made is good. Chicken is really good .
