“On our way to rice lake Wal-Mart to pick up medicine for my son we had to make an emergency bathroom stop at this location. My poor sick boy had an accident. While getting him cleaned up I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they sold shirts because my boy had an accident. He looked all around and when he couldn't find one he gave us his own undershirt off his back. I didn't catch his name but if there is any chance he can see this....Thank You from the deepest part of a Mama's heart for your kindness.”
“Great gas station. Good prices. But if you are going to sell vapes. You need to learn about “auto-fire” and exchange them when this happens. Have people test them while they are in the store. It’s not the stores fault. It’s the manufacturers. But if you are going to sell them. Need to learn about this or just be better off going to the vape store in Barron or rice lake.”
“Rv dump station was great. I really appreciate the free service. There was also water to flush your tank. Gas station seemed good as well. Pumps were in good condition. No complaints!”

“It's a little older style gas station but still has a lot to offer I was out of gas and didn't have a hat on and it was cold out and I found it very convenient that they sold winter hats and gloves. They were a little expensive but worth it ☺️”

“We came to Chetek to go fishing for a week with my cousin who has been coming here for many years now! Of course in order to legally go fishing we needed a fishing license so we came here the day we arrived to get that taken care of. My wife and I both needed to get an out-of-state license so we answered all of their questions to fill out the form, paid the fee, and left with our fishing licenses. We also got some bait so we could get started immediately! Staff here were very helpful and friendly taking care of what we wanted. They have a good selection of bait and tackle.”

The reason for this review though is because of the employee working there, Michelle, she was so friendly! and went out of her way to answer a few questions for us. So nice. Definitely stopping back whenever we come through town because of her. Thanks Kwik Trip!”

“This place has come far sense the big changes in the beginning! The A&W food has been very good! Customer service has been so much better! With kt a block away now they really got to step up their game. I'm still disappointed it's not open 24/7 like it was for years. That was a really big plus for the truckers. I myself do not get gas at KT so this cenex it will be. Store has been looking clean pumps are clean bathrooms look decent.”
