“I had a wonderful experience from start with Brandon and he was able to help me select the best TVs and set up for my home. The install crew was quick, friendly, very helpful with all of my questions, and clean! Jasper and Zach made sure I was at ease with my new equipment and answered all of my questions. Thank you to everyone! I highly recommend.”

“I had switched back to Verizon last month dye to the reception for Tmobile wasn’t the best yet it my home range. Long story short I just had Tmobile take money out for Junes bill and i had left then. I saw Claire at Tmobile in Rice Lake she listened and then found an issue that would have kept billing and charging me for. She was so patient and calm and she genuinely cared. In the end I was taken care of even though I wasn’t with Tmobile anymore. That being said I will strongly recommend Tmobile to anyone who asks my opinion and aa soon as the reception for Tmobile is improved in my home area I will definitely come in see Claire and join Tmobile. I know its a lot to write but I had to. Thank you Claire at Tmobile Rice Lake WI H Hope I spelled her name correctly. Jerry T”
