“The guy who helped me, Ryan Betley, was super nice and helpful. I needed help with my kingpin plate locking in -10 weather, and he showed me so I could do it myself next time. He also arrived way sooner than the ETA I was given. Really happy with the professionalism and kind service I received. Thanks again, Ryan.”

“I came in very short notice on a busy month, they still got me in on the same day to fix my valve stem and send me on my way home, a bit inconsiderate on my side but they were happy to help”

“Can’t thank these guys enough for a very quick turn around on an alternator replacement during a busy holiday season. The communication was on point and I can really appreciate a shop that can both call and text. Also, let’s normalize every place having a shop dog. Just an all around great experience.”

“We wish we could put more than five stars! We were moving to a new home and using BlackJack's Uhaul service but were having trouble with the Uhaul app after business hours. We lucked out and the owner was still around working late and went above and beyond to help us. He was very kind to us and showed us what to know about the truck even though they clearly had a long day already.”
