I was in need of replacement slides for my kitchen drawer. The current type I have is broken and of course discontinued. Donovan F. in customer service has been so helpful and really goes above and beyond. He is so knowledgeable on the vast array of products they offer. Tia is also fabulous!! I am so excited to have found this hidden gem of a company so close to home! Thank you!

Working with James was a pleasure from start to finish. We are so pleased with both the Quality and care of production/shipping etc. we had dealing with Conestoga and their custom cabinet options. The Quarter-sawn White Oak and stain were beautiful as well as the quality of the hardwoods. The care they took in packaging and shipping was second to none and we are excited to assemble and install in the new house!!!! Thank you James and CSH!!!!!!

I have worked with CSH twice now. First was a full kitchen remodel, and the second we just added a dry bar to our new home. We worked with Jennifer S. on this last project and she listened to every detail and we got the whole thing done over the phone and emails. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. James is a five out of five! However we have had some issues with the Rev-Shelves! But James’s has been on top of it! I give Rev-Shelf a 3 out of five! They need to improve there products for the prices we are paying it should not be breaking like this!

We worked with a lot of companies in renovating our home, and CSH was by far the best company we worked with. From helping us find our perfect product, to walking through install and helping with any problems, we couldn't have asked for better customer service. Shout out to both Ian and Josh for helping and being super responsive with our rolling ladder install. Can't recommend them enough - if you're considering buying from them just do it - even if it's a bit more it will be worth it I'm the long run. Thanks CSH!!

CS Hardware has been a pleasure to work with. Jennifer has had to put up with a lot from me and has handled it well. Her program did not always work so when I told her measurements were off, she was able to correct it and send me new views. We have shared tons of emails and actual phone calls. She has sent picture after picture of things I have asked for. I am loving my cabinets and when I discovered an issue, Jennifer and her team (Fransisco the hardware guy and Chris? the manager) figured out a way to make it right. For that and the great customer service I will return for more cabinets. The only downfall is having to pay for samples and shipping and not being able to return them without paying the shipping. It didn't do me any good to return them because shipping was too high. Hense, all the pictures Jennifer has been so good about sending me for comparisons. If you want great customer service and personal help from a real person you should go with CS Hardware.
