“I cannot recommend Beth and Jewelry Works highly enough. I was in search of a jeweler who could make a custom necklace for me, utilizing my late mother's wedding set. While some other local jewelers stated they were unable to use the 14kt gold from my mom's ring in the piece, Beth and her team were able to create exactly what I envisioned. This piece has great sentimental value for me, so I had to put my full trust in Beth to deliver what I was seeking. The piece I received exceeded my expectations and fully incorporated my mom's rings. In addition, Beth presented several options keeping cost in mind, for me to consider. She did not try to upsell the most expensive approach but rather presented options that were beautiful and also reasonably priced. Her execution time was also far less than the other jewelers I spoke with.”

“My review comes in the form of a story, because I love stories, especially about the past, and my experience at Gallun Fine Jewelry involves a few stories. My family came to the US as refugees after WW2, with pretty much the clothes on their backs- for sure no heirloom jewelry, and the European set engagement ring of my mom’s was lost somewhere along the line. I have long dreamt of finding something simple and pretty that reminded me of that ring, and her, and was thrilled to find one at Patty’s lovely shop.
Patty is the kind of person that makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever, which made my experience so special and meaningful. And I especially love that she too, is a storyteller. I like the idea of preowned jewelry for many reasons, including the idea that there might be an interesting story to my ring. Patty admitted there wasn’t that she knew of , but together we concluded that it might have involved a lady named Sadie. I'm good with that, and I’m thrilled with my ring (and my resized wedding band too).

“Lots of cool stuff, reasonably priced but was obnoxiously crowded when I went. I couldn’t even take a few steps without other people being in the way or being in someone else’s way. I also got bumped into a bunch and saw other people being bumped around as well. I’m still leaving a five star review because when I went it was a few weeks before Christmas so I’m thinking maybe that had something to do with it. I plan on checking it out again because they did have a good selection and I’m Irish. I’m hoping in the spring it will be a less stressful experience.”

“I recently brought in a watch that had a bracelet I needed sized. The bracelet construction was a bit unusual and because of the way the pins & screws were built in, it was a real task to make it smaller (it would require cutting through the bracelet) and I was definitely not comfortable doing it myself. I worked with Jake at Armbruster's, and he was even hesitant to do it at first because we were concerned it may not turn out well and didn't want to ruin the bracelet. He ended up giving it a try, and absolutely nailed it. The bracelet turned out beautiful, sized well for me, and turned what was basically an unwearable piece of metal into a functional bracelet. I am incredibly grateful to Jake, and he did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend bringing in any jewelry if you need modifications or custom work - they will get it done superbly.”

“Matt had been wonderful! I broke my knuckle and had to have my ring resized and he took care of it immediately. Then when my knuckle healed I lost my ring playing soccer and he helped me replicate it knowing that it was more sentimental than financial. I’ll always use him for everything my family needs for jewelry!”
