He spent time with me to problem solve and thoroughly help me. I asked him how he knew so much about pens and refill cartridges for them and he told me he was a writer. What a great employee Office Max in the Falls has in James!

“Yesterday, I needed some posters printed, and I needed them quickly (quicker than the website said they'd be ready). I called, spoke to Olivia, and she said she'd be able to get them done in time. When I called to check up on the status mid-day, I spoke to another helpful woman on the phone who took my number, checked on the status, and called me back (so I didn't have to wait on the phone!) to let me know they'd be done in time. “Owen's has always been my #1 choice for print needs. When I first started working with them, they only did small format (postcards, posters, etc) -- but now, they do signage as well, which is great, because their customer service is always excellent and their quality is just as superb. I was honestly thrilled to learn they offer signage now, since it is pretty hard to find a sign shop with decent quality in this area.
Aaron has an amazing attitude, is friendly and upbeat, and is very easy to work with. He is knowledgable about all his products and print methods. He will go the extra mile to ensure top notch quality, no matter the product. I am often a needy customer, since sometimes I find myself asking for projects with quick turnarounds to meet deadlines, but the service from Owens never falters and I never feel like I am being an inconvenience for asking for anything.
I would not go anywhere else for signage or printing. If I could give 6+ stars I would!”
