“I lived in what must be one of their older properties, on the East Side in Milwaukee for several years. It is a high rent area, and mine was proportional to the neighborhood. Rent increases did happen, but were very modest. Maintenance and upkeep got done on time or close to it. I would recommend it with the same caution as other hundred-year-old buildings in the area. In other words, the age of the buildings and their charm translates to some inconvenience.”
