“My wife and I, who are not SBoC customers, talked to Suzanne about getting a HELOC. We own our Chilton home free and clear, but are moving out of state, and are using the HELOC to purchase, fix up, and move to our new place. We had a VERY short window to get the HELOC approved due to our closing date on our new house (a bank foreclosure). Suzanne got everything done with time to spare. She has been friendly, efficient, hardworking--in short, she exceeded every expectation we might have had. I cannot fully express how instrumental she has been in helping us. And I know that the entire Bank deserves some of the credit. I WISH WE HAD SWITCHED BANKS TO SBoC in 2013 when we moved here--now, of course, it is too late. But I thank and bless Suzanne and everyone at SBoC--THIS is what Customer Service really means!”

He didn’t know all of the answers but he was happy to find them for me so I could get the information I was looking for and he even offered to email it to me as well. The staff was very friendly and I am pleased with the experience!”
