Could not have been as successful without the help of the aquatics program and staff, as well as the support from the patrons. Everyone is so pleasant and encouraging. The water aerobics classes are great if you suffer from joint pain! Worked wonders for me! Highly recommend joining the Y for better health and social interaction!”
