“Nice rooms, however Google says kitchens in all rooms. This is not true, we brought food in anticipation for this and couldn't make anything with it. Very disappointing :(”

“Our family continues to make this a regular stop when visiting family in the Eau Claire area. The staff is always helpful.
When we had a family death in that area a few years ago, the staff went way above and beyond. I am a long-time IHG fan. This place truly ranks near the top of hotels I frequent.”
“I and some friends and relatives took a bus package out of Omaha. I had a hip replacement a month before. They had a fish fry with the fish our boats caught. We stood in line to eat. I told them about my hip And asked for another piece of fish and was told to shut up and sit down. Very embarrassing people asked me why I put up with that comment. Guides ate there fill and took the rest.”

“Here for the century ride and this hotel was perfectly situated, right downtown and next to the town's only bike shop! Right on Main Street and walking distance to the Leinie's brewery. Comfy, affordable rooms...will let you know how good the breakfast is after tomorrow but it seems like a decent spread, with honecooked food better than most 'free breakfast' hotels.”
“Location was great! Not a busy area. The pool and slide were so fun for my kids. Typical mediocre hotel breakfast. Pillows were awful and the bathrooms are insanely small. No room to even change your clothes comfortably. No elevator. However everything else made the stray great!”

“Anytime we have friends or family visiting we always put them up here. Consistently clean, quiet rooms, nicely updated furnishings. Frig, coffee pot and microwave all work good. Easy on/off highway exit with bar/eatery right across the road. Owners helpful and receptive. And can't beat the price!”
