The environment is warm and welcoming and my animals are not as stressed in the rooms. They are usually prompt with appointment times but can get backed up with emergencies. They are efficient but never make you feel like you are being rushed out. I’ve been going there for 6 or 7years.

2940 109th Street, Chippewa FallsStaff greeted us as we entered, service was prompt and efficient and the Wisconsin Brandy old fashioned was on point. Smash burgers were excellent. I had the Jammin burger and it didn't disappoint! The food and cocktail menus here are much better than the average bar. Views of the river a bonus. We'll be back!

The facilities are very clean and organized. The animals are very healthy and well kept. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience there. I did adopt a kitty and she is happy to have a new home. I highly recommend this association if you are looking for a new member of your family.
