Loving Touch Pet Spa and Training
515 S Barstow St suite 112A, Eau ClaireJust took my one year old corgi Moose there yesterday for a de shed bath and my fiancé and I are beyond happy with outcome. He’s only been groomed professionally one other time and he was extremely stressed out the last time we picked up and scabbed up all over. That was absolutely not the case here. He’s so soft and shiny, his paw pads are clean and trimmed back, his ears are so clean, his nails are trimmed back and grinded down nicely, and he did not seem scared at all or overly stressed like the last time we picked him up from another place. He also SMELLS SO NICE! He desperately needed this for all the shedding he does so we are beyond grateful and will definitely be back!

Chloe has seizures, anxiety and depression along with pancreatitis and now bone spurs in her neck that are very painful and Maggie is loving and patient and does a wonderful job.
This means the world to me. Chloe wasn’t supposed to live past one and here she is 12 and she is my precious angel.

2914 Mondovi Rd, Eau ClaireI brought my dog to Ark animal hospital due to my older dog having issues with itching. They were very patient with my temperamental dog and treated him very kindly. I also had my toddler with me and the receptionist was so sweet and brought my daughter some highlighters and pictures to color with while we waited for the test. I will be going to this vet clinic from here on out. I am more than happy with my experience and highly recommend Ark animal hospital.

2504 Mall Dr, Eau ClaireWe have used ECAH for all our pets since moving back to the area in 1998. But I will tell you, nothing compares to the experience we had with Dr. Mathers when working through end of life planning, and determining what was best for our Maddie and our family.
Her empathy and understanding, along with incredible knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond was second to none. Calling to check in, walking us through hard discussions. When we finally determined there were no other options left to choose that wouldn’t cause Maddie more harm than good, Dr. Mather and one of the amazing vet tech’s came to our home on a Saturday afternoon to euthanize Maddie, surrounded by her kids, favorite toys, and in her favorite spot. It was so peaceful with relaxing music in the background and fireplace on. They were professional, efficient yet not hurried and so caring. Afterwards they brought Maddie back to be cremated with her remains returned to us to scatter when we were ready. They had enough paw prints created for ALL the kids, and an engraved name plate. While it was a time of significant grief, we were supported all the way. Thank you to the whole team!

I was so nervous I was shaking and could’ve thrown up but the employee that greeted me was the sweetest person on the face of the planet. I was totally not expecting to get pictures and a detailed report card of their evaluation today! I am crying happy tears at the level of attention and love my dogs got today. These report cards for their evaluation are so cute!!

You must try the dill pickle cheese curds, they were beyond amazing. We had pizza on our first visit and burgers on our second visit.
The pizzas had great flavor and the woodfire crust was perfect. The burgers were tasty and huge! We will definitely be eating here when we're in the EC area again.

4613 Keystone Crossing, Eau ClaireReally great ice cream, comparable to some local places I've eaten at in other cities, and I didn't even get any mix-ins at all - just the ice cream alone was fantastic. This was also on a day that was about 25 degrees, but it didn't make it less good. The price is also not bad. Before finishing the review I kind of forgot and it's been a couple weeks, I returned - yet again in mid-winter during bad snow even, and it was still delicious and didn't even give me brainfreeze or anything. It's even better with mix-ins - though I will say they were rather lazy about doing said mixing in, more like "rolled two times" but it was still tasty. However, because that's a big part of what the place is all about, along with them being rather slow even when it's not too busy, AND them giving one or two small "mix in" pieces/things (i.e. 3 little crumbly bits of cake) they still charge it as a full mix-in if you add something like sprinkles. Hell, sprinkles should be free to begin with, but when you're going to just give me 0.02 cents of "cake" I shouldn't be charged a buck more. These 3 reasons are why it's 4 instead of 5, still great and recommended!

Elise called back immediately and gave instructions on how to properly capture the little critter.
