“Access to the storage unit was immediate. The unit was clean and a couple of pallets were provided to keep the boxes off the cement. Snow was removed promptly during the winter so it wouldn't impede access. I happen to overpay and when notified, they promptly reimbursed me. All in all, a good experience.”

“Great U-Haul location! Super customer service with well-maintained equipment makes for a good pickup experience. The place was mobbed because it was college graduation weekend and it was obvious that we all had the same idea… move our kids home immediately after they escaped with a diploma. Yet, this location had many people working to keep the line flowing. Pick up was quick and easy!”
“They were easy to work with. Units are as described. Nice to have a climate controlled unit to leave household items in for a longer period of time. Area was very secure. Easy access off of 53!”
