“Great U-Haul location! Super customer service with well-maintained equipment makes for a good pickup experience. The place was mobbed because it was college graduation weekend and it was obvious that we all had the same idea… move our kids home immediately after they escaped with a diploma. Yet, this location had many people working to keep the line flowing. Pick up was quick and easy!”
“Sam in particular was super helpful with the formal move out process checking out of my storage unit, but I also appreciate the store manager as well for his and others help throughout the last few months (February to May) I had quite a the hectic spring and appreciate the understanding but professional staff that has seen me through it all. I did have some personal issues along the way that caused me some frustration, but I also know that I have used Uhaul in the past both for self storage and for truck rentals and know that they deserve the 5 out of 5 stars across all of my experiences moving in Eau Claire.”

“I unexpectedly needed to rent a cargo van for a few hours to move a bed by a pre-arranged time. I was in a big hurry. I reserved the van as I drove to the location. Garry checked me out quickly and got me on the road in a matter of minutes. I returned less than an hour later to return the equipment. I pulled in my driveway and noticed I had left my phone in the van. It was after hours! The location had closed. I called and they answered the phone after hours. Gloria graciously returned my phone on her way home. I really have to give a shout out to both Garry and Gloria for excellent customer service!!!”
