“'06 Toyota Corolla - my car was making mysterious clanking noise that, of course, stopped on the way to the mechanic. I recorded a video of it though and they were able to solve the problem (loose part in the undercarriage) and they did it for free. They also changed my oil at my request, and informed me my drive belt was cracked a bit and needed replacement soon. I asked if they could replace it right then and there and they totally did without needing a second appointment. The cherry on top is that I only paid $203 to fix all this stuff, they were able to get my car in pretty fast too. Also, the receptionist was super attentive and nice/kept in contact with me. The people working on my car were super professional. Thank you so much!!!”

“This place is wonderful! Finding a trustworthy and fair priced mechanic is hard and I felt blessed to find this gem. Upfront, fair, honest and accommodating. Sometimes they are booked alot in advance but that's because their service is so good and worth the wait. We have 2 VW, a car and SUV and take both there.”

“Highly Recommend. Had issues with brake pads that they had put on for me around 90K. They immediately replaced them at no charge to me and went above and beyond to get them working well. Oil changes best price around and drop off night before is convenient. Nancy in the office is incredibly organized and easy to schedule appointments with. Wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“Fast, friendly and polite, professional service! Jacque and Dom do a great job as a team really making this dealership shine. They also did a fantastic job of implementing my service contract/ warranty to get some expensive and extensive repairs covered with little or no cost to me. Thanks so much to my technician(s) also as after looking under the hood the repairs were neat, flawless and returned to an oem factory appearance. The owners should be proud of this team! Thank you Napleton Chev Buick of Columbus Wi!”
