“After my brief experience at don's location for a U-Haul rental I can confidently say if you need any work done on a vehicle or renting of a U-Haul Don is the guy you want to do business with. If you're looking for a U-Haul just call, forget their website. Based off of my 15 min interaction with Don and seeing how he treated his customers, employees, and the attention to detail he gave in a simple rental makes me wonder how much detail he goes into while working on vehicles. I'm pretty sure Don caught the fact that my back was messed up and offered me a come a long free of charge. I didn't even ask, he just offered and it was greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a mechanic, look no further.”

“I think I was a problem customer but Dustin & Bud never made me feel like I was. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my car (including the weird issues), replace parts, and make good repairs, including a new battery and tires. They kept me informed of progress and were gracious when I would miss phone calls. They also never talked down to me like other places have (I'm a girl & not very mechanically-inclined); they were always professional, helpful, and kind. I absolutely will be back!”

“We were greeted by multiple staff when we entered. Said we had an appointment with Brian, and asked us if we needed anything (drink, restroom), he said Brian would be right with us. And he was.
Brian took care of us from that point on. The whole process was pain-free, and nothing like two previous dealerships (Madison, Stoughton) we recently stopped to look at and test drive the same car. We had many questions for Brian, all of which he answered to our satisfaction. But we knew when it came to discussing price for our car and the new one, we would do the same old song & dance - but it never went that way. We knew what we needed for our car's trade-in, and we knew what every other dealer was selling the new car for - and BINGO, we landed where we had hoped. No pain, no unpleasantness, just an old-fashioned car deal. We love our new car.

“I have been going to Russ for a couple of years now. While his personality is a little rough around the edges, he is very knowledgeable and reliable. Whenever my car has an issue I go to him, because he takes the time to explain what the issue is and how he will fix it. “A couple of years ago I was driving on bb and i got a flat tire within walking distance of this place. I knocked on the house door and they came out and I explained what had happened to my car and he happily drove me back to my car, and replaces the flat with the spare. I offered some money but he refused. I think of this day often and I'm just happy I got to my destination in time thank you for helping me!!”
