“I had a genuinely fantastic experience here. I came in for an interview-person estimate, then went to shop around at a couple other body shops that morning to compare. Rodell Auto was by far the most honest, non-judgmental, and realistic quote. They listened to me and did not try to scare me into fixes beyond what I communicated I wanted. Then, they were able to get my car in and get it repaired within the same day. Such a fast turnaround, really good customer service overall! Will be recommending over other establishments for sure.”

“Not a customer of Caliber Collision, but my car battery died in the parking lot across the street from the Cross Hill location. When I asked the two lovely people front desk if they would possibly be able to help me one of them jumped up, grabbed a battery pack from the back, walked over with me and helped me jump my car. A real lifesaver who did not ask for anything in return! Thank you!!!”

“Only used Gerber for an estimate. Insurance decided the damage was too great so I didn’t get any repairs. They were polite, professional and quick. Only 4 stars bc I asked for an additional separate estimate and they said it would be no problem but they never did it.”

“The team at M&M did a great job fixing our car after we hit a deer. They were on time and worked with the insurance company get damage covered that wasn't visible until disassembly. They even went above and beyond and repaired some unrelated parking sensors on the rear of the car. I've used them multiple times over the past 15 years and they continue to be a great body shop to work with.”

He provided a fair estimate and was able to schedule the repair promptly. The new spoiler and paint look fantastic.
