As disappointed as I was to see the damage done after I had bought the vehicle in the summer, I am impressed to see the results that Roman Auto Body had to show! I was recommended to take my vehicle into Roman Auto Body, and I can definitely say they did an outstanding job! “20 years ago I had a car leak fixed here and they were great. This time I had road noise from uneven car door. I called and stopped by same day. After a quick evaluation of the issue, he made a few tweaks and a few trips back and forth for tools. 10 min later my car door seemed flush again. Told me to come back if it wasn't fixed. Any big name body shop would have tried to manipulate a way to keep my car and charge me out the ass. This place? No charge. Not many honest businesses like this left. Thank you so much!! “The service here is fantastic 5 stars!!! I wish every business owner was like Mike the business owner at Macco in Madison. I got into an ordeal with my camper van that saw the all parties liable not wanting to take responsibility. My van ended up being at Macco for a couple months while all this mess was being sorted out. Not only did Macco provide fantastic work on my van but Mike went to bat for me, and was incredibly patient with my situation and tried to help me in every single way he could. I have never been treated more like a human and a friend by any other company in my life. When the unexpected happens that turns life a little chaotic, it was such a relief to be working with someone like Mike. “Honestly I have never been to an auto body in My life but this shop exceeded My expectations tenfold. I worked with Justin and he was so amazing! I had a hard time with My insurance and basically He took the reins and I didn’t have to do literally anything. The car rental picked Me up from the shop and I didn’t even have to return the vehicle. They literally took care of everything from my insurance, (who I couldn’t even get in contact with) to the rental car, all the way to including fully detailing My vehicle INSIDE AND OUT before returning My car to Me. My car literally looks better than when I received it brand new. I don’t know how that is possible but Sparkle did it! Ten stars from Me. Meanwhile Ive been driving a friends vehicle, otherwise price of rental would be well over $1500 at this point. Asked the company for a loaner vehicle till my auto was finished. Was rudely put in my place saying they already have gone above and beyond for me! By making phone calls searching for back ordered parts. WHAT??? Doing what? Your job?Was called by The Market Manager of Gerber Collision after writing this review. My auto won’t be done for a while because of back ordered parts, but they did give me a vehicle to drive at their expense until mine is done.
