“I remember driving past Tim’s place occasionally while I lived on the east side. I always thought to myself, what a cool spot! What caught my attention even more was the presentation of the building itself. The place looks like something you’d see in an old Christmas movie. My point is this; Tim’s attention to detail is impeccable. My car was smacked with baseball sized hail. Hundreds of dents, windshield shattered, the whole shebang. Just like any body shop, when something like this happens they book out a ways. Same was true with Lynch’s, maybe even a bit longer than others. However, good things come to those who wait; meticulousness takes time. I’m a pretty picky guy, admittedly. Tim and his team made my car look nearly brand new. Truly, it’s impressive. They even cleaned the brake dust off my rims and waxed my tires. Pictures don’t do it justice, so I didn’t bother to attach them. I cannot recommend Lynch’s enough. You’ll leave smiling because you know you picked the right place.”

“I worked with Rory at Rose Custom and the experience was top notch. Rory is an honest, intelligent, and trustworthy mechanic and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Other shops in the area were telling me that they were several weeks out to getting an estimate, but not Rory. He asked me to drop off my car the next day and he took care of everything in a timely fashion, and not only that but worked with the insurance agents and myself to make sure everyone was happy. He even offered to work with me to make the car drivable and usable, but save money in the process. I can't put in words how happy I am that I found Rory. Rory, thank you for taking in my Mazdaspeed 3 and for working with the insurance agents on that issue. You really helped me out and I can't thank you enough. I will 100% be recommending others to this shop and if I ever need a mechanic, I now know who I can trust.”

“Overall, Sparkle Auto Body is a no-muss, no-fuss kind of place that did the work very well for the right price. My damage was purely cosmetic, but the scratches were deep, extensive and hit multiple panels alongside a huge dent in the car door. Sparkle was highly recommended by people around me and my insurance company. They worked very well and efficiently with my insurance company- one estimate was all that was needed and was accepted immediately. Even with insurance paying for most of it, the price seemed appropriate for the amount of work and parts. I was able to get an idea of a time/cost estimate by driving right up, no appointment needed. We looked at the car outside together for about 10 minutes, and the manager was able to give me a good idea of what the time/price estimate would be. I had to schedule an appointment further out, but that just reflects how popular they are - for good reason. The work itself was completed ahead of time. The work was limited to what actually needed fixing, not taking the entire car apart like some places do just to fix a surface scratch. They even took care of some other odds and ends scratches on my car besides the main damage, which was hugely appreciated. They had creative problem solving. When one of my car parts was no longer sold, they found a similar part in another color and just spray painted it to flawlessly match. They also did a great job cleaning and detailing the car before I picked it up. Checkout was extremely fast and efficient, too. Everyone I spoke to was polite and to the point- that good ol' no-muss, no-fuss I mentioned. I'd recommend this autobody shop to anyone!”

They even went above and beyond and repaired some unrelated parking sensors on the rear of the car. “Mike was one of only 2 companies that would even attempt to fix my extra tall truck. I got an estimate and paid a deposit for parts to be ordered. It was taking a long time for them to come in, so I reached out to see what the hold up was. Turns out that the part he quoted me was not readily available. We agreed on a different course of action. I asked when he would be ready for my truck and was given a drop off of Tuesday. I was told it should be done by Friday. Friday can and went. I called on Monday and was told it would be done on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went. I called on Thursday and was told Friday. I ended up getting it back the following Tuesday. All in all my 3 day repair took 2 weeks. A more realistic time of completion would have been nice, as well as a better attempt at communication on their end when delays arrived. The paint job was done well. Although it is obvious where the repair was done, I am still grateful they were able to fix it at all.”
