“Our student needed very short term storage between lease terms. I called with only a few days notice, and Mark was able to set me up with a space over the phone. Right size, fair price, short term (one calendar month only), and we scheduled time to pick up key. When I picked up key, he took time to show me how to use the lock mechanism. Unit was very clean, and easy to access. Returned key in person, but he has mail drop in case he's not there. Would definitely use again. Security deposit returned within a week or so. Note the office and storage facility are at different locations.”

“After losing a trailer tire in the 110 deg Mojave Desert and another on the Colorado Rocky Mountain pass, I never expected the wheel bearing to go next... nearly losing a wheel on a loaded trailer can take a toll on a traveler. The fix for frayed nerves was the TOP-NOTCH treatment and truly QUALITY service we received from everyone at EAST MADISON U-HAUL & STORAGE. From the time the tow truck dropped us off until closing time this crew accomplished the impossible. They stayed open late just to make sure were taken care of. When corporate permissions for switching / upgrading trailers got complex....their Regional Manager, Val actually came back in after hours to help make it happen. Wayne was a huge help too. After closing up the shop, he returned later to check on us offered to help transfer things to the new trailer....even told us where we could go to get some muscle if things got to heavy for me & my 73year old co-pilot. It’s just really nice and a little shocking to get such thorough service from beginning to end. Thanks guys for making sure we got home on time and safe. You truly are the best, U-HAUL should be proud and is a definitely a better organization because of people like you.”

“Been renting here for over 2 years. No issues besides some water seeping in (garage door unit). Once the door slammed down and got jammed right before we left town. We didn't put a lock on it so it could be fixed while we were gone. When I called, they offered to place their temporary lock. It was fixed very quickly. Gated entrance with passcodes, very secure.”

Mr Pearsons rate was increased about the time of his review. The rate prior to that had been in force for 20 months, the rate before that had been in place for 24 months. I'm not sure where the confusion came from.
I try to be very available by phone, text, or email if anyone has a question or problem.”

The location is visible from the Highway but it is actually on a dead end country road. The prices are very reasonable. Steve is very nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend!”
