“I'm the owner of this facility. My policy is to hold a rate for at least one year.
Mr Pearsons rate was increased about the time of his review. The rate prior to that had been in force for 20 months, the rate before that had been in place for 24 months. I'm not sure where the confusion came from.
I try to be very available by phone, text, or email if anyone has a question or problem.”

“Staff/owners are extremely friendly, helpful and understanding. They are easy to get ahold of and are quick to respond to questions or concerns. After having bad experiences with other storage locations in the past we were reluctant to try again, but I’m very glad we did! We had a great experience renting from them and I would go out of my way just to find a location of theirs to rent again in the future if needed!”
