I flew from out of state to purchase an older 90s BMW. They were quick to address issues that were noted on a vehicle inspection. A few hundred miles into the drive home, the clutch went out. It's something an inspection wouldn't have been able to catch as the vehicle was running and driving fine. Unfortunate situation, but it's a risk associated with purchasing older, used vehicles.
They went out above and beyond to help me get the vehicle the rest of the way home, and it is much appreciated. Great car buying experience with friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.”

“Bought a 2007 Toyota Highlander from Al at Mad Motors. A fair price and a good, clean vehicle. The rear windshield wiper was missing, but I took delivery of it anyway with his promise that it was ordered and its way. Sure enough, a few days later they called and let me know it was in. They offered to install it, but I'm a DIY kinda guy. I would definitely use this dealer again to purchase a used vehicle.”

“I would say this place went above and beyond normal expectations. I bought a car here and I flew in from Des Moines was supposed to be there at 3:00 but got delayed multiple times at O’Hare finally got there at 8:00 they stayed open way past closing and came and got me from airport got me taken care of and was driving home by 9:00. Really took care of me all the way through the process, face time video of vehicle walk around talking about everything about vehicle what’s been done to it starting it up things like that that gave me confidence to buy long distance. Car was as described and seen on video. Would buy there again.”
