Eunice went far above and beyond to help me out without even considering any options to do otherwise. She was so kind and gracious. It has always seemed apparent to me that Kwik Trip employs good people, and my visit today to the Cross Plains store supports this theory. Thank You!”
“Thank you to all the kind workers at Kwik Trip Mt. Horeb. I accidentally left without any money/credit cards and desperately needed to get back to Barneveld. A couple of workers volunteered up $5 for gas so my daughter and I could get home safely. I am very grateful for their kindness and help!!”

“We are new Electric Vehicle owners and we stopped at Kelley's to try charging our car (They HAVE an EV Charger there!) We were having some trouble using the charger (we hadn't set up our account) when Mike the manager came out to assist us. Mike even let us use his account to charge our car enough to make it back to Madison.”

“It is a gas station. The gas was priced right. The window squeegee was clean and not rancid smelling. Inside the store was a plethora of items to choose from. They had everything from a to z in that store. All kinds of Alcohol, roller food, coffee and lotto. The bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. The employees were friendly. It is a really nice place to shop.”

“The restrooms were very well maintained. There was soap to wash your hands and towels to dry your hands. The staff was very polite and attentive. The windshields washing stations at the pumps was full of clean windshield washing fluid. All the things you expect when stopping were in order.”
“I want to give recognition to a stellar employee at this location. Ismael is always in a pleasant mood, friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond at his job. I can't stress enough what an asset, and a valuable employee he is to the company. If more employees followed his example, it would be extremely beneficial for this location. I have had poor experiences from other employees at this location, but this man deserves a raise!”
“I’ve been going there for years. They have a friendly staff. They have lots of products. They have fresh sandwiches and coffee and they have a restroom and they have handicap parking and their prices are fair on the gasoline and you can get a rewards card that you can use if you do happen to smoke cigarettes and you get the rewards card is probably the best price in the area compared to others. They have all kinds of energy drinks and they have warm hats if you’re on the road and it’s winter and you need a quick cat. They actually have nice brands there. They have charger cords and anything you might need in an emergency when you’re on the road and if you are traveling business person you will like it because right next-door is the executive residential hotels. There’s lots of hotels aroundand there’s a Walgreens across the street so you can just about get anything you want and it’s very fast off the beltline and back on the belt line”

Since most KT stores are a formula, the thing that makes this one stand out is it's exceptionally clean, they don't seem to run out of the most popular items (bread, produce) despite being busy and all the food seems always seems really fresh and appetizing on the roller grill and under the heat lamps.”

“Good small station for convenience or fuel. Top-Tier as well, free of ethanol which is very nice for two-strokes or performance engines. Only real complaint is the amount of people that forget a larger and easier to access location is off of Pleasant View and can be very easily accessed by Market St. WAY too many people hold up the lane on University trying to turn across a double-yellow into the location. I feel like it might be a good idea at this point to make the enter/exit one way, if it gets any worse.”

“I love this gas station. I've been working out of town and stopping here basically every day and I got kisserie rewards too. So I've been yeah, so happy. The staff that we're here is so I love customer service. Good customer service is so hard to come by. And these guys nail it every single employee here should get a raise and a Pat on the back. They do such a good job and they're so pleasant and so polite. Thank you so much for bringing customer service back and doing such a stellar job at what you do and your pizza by far the bomb. Now case's pizza in general is probably some of the best pizza ever anywhere and I travel the entire country. So believe me when I say I know good pizza, but you guys here at this Casey's, oh my gosh, the best, the best Casey's pizza I've ever had. Not to mention the bathrooms are always looking and smelling clean . Not many gas stations can brag on clean bathrooms...today, 8/26 around 1pm the sweet lady at the counter helped out my 5 year old when she asked where the spoons are...(she needed one for her ice cream dots in the car) ...they bith were adorable”
