Yesterday I had a box delivered by FedEx Ground. The box was opened a little bit. After looking it over that night, I noticed the bag of hardware was missing. This morning the FedEx driver stopped at our house and dropped off the bag of hardware. It think this is the best customer service.

First time they had the package at the wrong address! Today it was signature required and someone else signed for it! Not us! The driver does not pay attention to address at all. And there is never a response or resolution done ! So upsetting
