Yesterday I had a box delivered by FedEx Ground. The box was opened a little bit. After looking it over that night, I noticed the bag of hardware was missing. This morning the FedEx driver stopped at our house and dropped off the bag of hardware. It think this is the best customer service.

Tried to deliver once then didn’t look at the signed sticker on the door. Now I have to go to the fedex store. FedEx is terrible. Never use them.

Updates keep saying out for delivery for 3 days in a row and the driver whom is delivering the package. Only for it to send me a notification after they close that they will put it out for delivery again the next business day. Terrible service and delivery time.
