“The owners and employees at this location are awesome. This is my first review and for good reason: everytime I need something printed or shipped for work, it gets done on time and with professional courtesy. Most recently I was in a crunch because of someone else, and everyone at this UPS Store got to work to help me get everything printed and the two huge display boards set up on a short timeline. I'm glad I won't need to do that again, as I prefer to plan ahead, and I look forward to my next visit. Thanks again, everyone!”

“Been living in MKE for 2 weeks, here all summer for an internship, my girlfriend and I been to this place probably 5 times already! Super friendly and helpful owner, gives tips and recommendations. I’m used to my big spacious rural bait shops, but this place packs more variety in a quarter of the space at most! Great selection of plastics and rods/reels and combos for bass, panfish and catfish. I will be going here all summer!”
“Amazing staff service and seamless returns. Kevin is doing a fantastic job. He didn’t express any concerns while getting my package back as I dropped my trading phone and forgot to reset it. He unpacked everything for me and then gave me phone to reset everything and it just happened before closing the shop.”

“My company has purchased pelican cases from Pak-Rite multiple times to ship our avionics demos to various trade shows and customer demonstrations. The process is efficient. We place an online order and select in-store pickup. A store employee then contacts us to confirm the sale and the date and time of pickup. We've shipped our demos without pelican cases a few times, and we always end up ordering more. The cases not only protect the delicate equipment, but they make transportation--whether through an airport or to a FedEx office---a breeze.”

“I came here to collect my 75 kg (about 165 lbs) package from my cousin that was shipped from Indo. Bring your ID then signature. You need to ring the bell at the front desk to have someone come get you. After that, you pay the customs border tax, and then everything goes l smoothly as I receive the package.”
“I run a wedding floral business from my home, and I somehow missed delivery for one of my Monday morning fresh flower deliveries. I panicked not knowing if I'd have to wait until the next day for redelivery, if they'd all be dead by then, etc. as I've never missed one before! I tried calling FedEx but everything is run by robots these days. So I drove to this location to get help figuring out how I could get my flowers the fastest. The employee at the counter was incredibly kind and helpful. I believe her name was Pam. She took my number and said she'd get in contact with the driver to try to get them redelivered today. She called me back within a couple hours to say my flowers would be delivered within the next hour and they were. I am so grateful for her kindness and help today!!!”

“The app was a bit of a pain and I wasn't able to get someone local on the phone after they called to let me know there was a package delay. However, I spoke with someone with FedEx and arranged to pickup at this location. Security person was quick and nice, as was the person who brought my package. Had to wait a few minutes but that was to be expected at such a large facility! They listened to my info about how the package delivery ended up a confusing mess, assessed the evidence I provided and happily passed the package off to me. I really appreciated their personality and flexibility!”
