Three different packages, the first one was delivered damaged as if it was dropped hard, the second never made it to me and I had to cancel my order, the third one is out for delivery since 5:59am and now it will be delayed to next day. Can Fedex get any worse???

Bad customer service VERY rude. Tell you supervisors aren't available. Don't try to help solve your issue. I really dislike when my packages come through FedEx

Was eagerly awaiting my package on 7/30/25, preparing the room in my house for the shipment, by 1pm. That came and went, as did the driver an hour and a half later, who I saw pulling away at 2:18pm without even attempting to come to the door to knock, ring the doorbell, or see the post- it with my phone number left on the door so he could call or text to get my attention.
I was mad enough that I went as far as to bypass their garbage customer service (which I'd talked to twice already to resolve my online account, which is still in limbo) and call the ground location directly to complain. They said they'd try to reach the dispatch leader and have them attempt redelivery today, but I'm not holding my breath.
I don't like leaving one star reviews, and I don't like complaining to people, because I work in customer service and have seen the worst humanity has to offer. I don't want to be part of that, but I feel I'd be doing a disservice to anyone in the area by not pointing this out.
If you can't be bothered to get out of your truck to ring a doorbell, don't do the job at all.
I reached out to the company that I'd done business with to let them know I'll pay extra to ship with literally anyone else. I've had nothing but problems with FedEx in the Milwaukee area since 2015 and I'll happily pay more money to go with anyone else!

I recommend everyone who applies at FedEx for jobs for here, and at this location not too work here as the managers are favoritism to others an training people is shit they also expect you to do alot for very little pay being part time not like other places. this I recommend only if it's temporary or if your a college student as hours are shit .
People be on phones and they allow others to do what they want. An will want to fire you or determinant , & not fire others for being late or write them up.

FedEx Delivery Standards Have Slipped
I’ve noticed a decline in FedEx’s delivery service compared to past years. They used to have high standards, much like UPS, where drivers had to work their way up to earn the role. Unfortunately, it seems like those standards have loosened.
Lately, I’ve seen drivers who appear uninterested in efficiency or careful package handling, leading to inconsistent service. Whether it’s delays, lack of attention to detail, or just a general sense of indifference, the difference from their previous reliability is noticeable.
It’s frustrating when you expect professional service but receive something much less. Hopefully, FedEx can get back to prioritizing quality.

Customer service rep told me my pack was on a truck and I couldn't have it held at a location for pickup. She said the package arrived late...and yet my other package arrived over an hour later that's out for delivery. horrible response.

Last week FedEx mislabeled my package and was sent to someone else's house and now I have no package and they deny my claim. This week they have delivered my package to the neighbor down the street. FedEx is so useless. I do not recommend this carrier service to anybody.

The pathetic driver who brought the box, which weighed over 200 lbs, DID NOT deliver the product, as promised by Amazon, yes Amazon. He refused to take the product UP to our apartment - on the 2nd story!
First, I am 59 yrs old. Second, I have to have hip replacement, and I told him that. His response was, sorry sir, I cannot do it... So he left the 200 lb plus box out on the stoop of our building. Needless to say, I am pissed and feel taken advantage of.

This office must have the laziest drivers. We've had road construction by our house for over a year at this point they are the only delivery service that won't bring anything to our house walmart, amazon, ups and usps all manage to make deliveries. This is now the 4th out of 4 packages they have refused to deliver sighting "construction" the road on our side of the street is open and driveable so why can they not figure this out.

Terrible service! Package is out for delivery! Yay! Nope not delivered! Called as this was a Friday and nope we won't deliver until Monday! This has already been delayed twice now! And customer service people are no help at all. I don't know why people use them!
