It took a bit to get my car in the shop (about a week), but the wait was worth it. ? They're clearly busy for a reason.
The repair took about a week and a half - again, worth the wait. And I know some of that is waiting for parts to come in.
Not sure if its their own policy or a perk through my insurance, but they have a lifetime warranty on all of the work that they did to my car.
They also detailed my car before giving it back to me - above and beyond. It feels brand new and the car looks amazing.

Had an issue with the engine not running the same as when I took it in. After calling it out, the manager contacted me the next business day, explained that I was correct on the facts that the car should be running better. The towed the car back, fixed it without me having to pay. It was more delayed than it should have been. But I am happy with the honesty and full customer service received after finding the issue.”
