“I took my car to the Ford dealership and they are saying I needed all kinds of work so I took it to Richlen on 68th they checked everything out it turned out I didn't need all the work the dealership was saying I normally go here anyway but I was told to take my car to the dealership never again I will bring my car back here from now on this is my second vehicle they have worked on for me they will not do unnecessary repairs thank you”

“I called spoke with Mike on the phone about getting an estimate or diagnosis. Found out the diagnosis is free, which was awesome. Bought the vehicle last year for an extre winter car. After a month I was going to sell it for parts of junk it, because my transmission was slipping. I didn't have enough money to replace the transmission. Thankfully, they found the problem was the speed output sensor for the transmission. I had them do the work to replace the sensor which saved me from most likely having to junk the vehicle. I really appreciate the customer service, reasonable price and the great work that they did. If you need any work done on your transmission or any work related to that. Be sure and give them a call you will be 100% happy you did I know I am.... Thanks guys for the great work.”

“Took two vehicles here for diagnosis. They didn't find anything wrong with transmission on one and said the other was so rusted underneath that the expense would be more than the vehicles worth. Didn't charge me for looking at either of them since th they didn't really do anything. If that was at a dealer they would have hit me with $180 each time.”

“Driving through town hours from home and our fuel tank strap broke and was dragging on the ground. We stopped in with no warning and asked if he could look he told us to come around back and he did the repair asked if we needed anything else so he charged our AC too since we realized it wasn't cold... he did both and we were out within an hour. Awesome considering we had two little kids with us!!! And He could have gouged us with price since we didn't even ask how much as we were desperate and he was super reasonable!!! Very much recommend and if we ever are in the area will use Lalo!! Thank you!!!”

“I just recently moved to the area and was looking for a repair shop. I have a ford escape 2018 and had issues with a coolant leak and a check engine light on. I brought them my vehicle and the day i dropped of I got a call giving me a diagnosis. I was surpised to get a call so quick becuase I had to park on the street. They were jam packed. I needed a radiator hose and vacuum line repair and the total as cost to repair my car was a little over 400 dollars. That included the diagnostic charges. They told me it wouldnt be done till following day. The radiator hose was dealer part and they had to order it. That wansn't a problem I had ride to work. They called me the following day and told me it was done. I picked up my vehicle and all the lights that were on my dash were out. I waited a couple of weeks before writing a review to make sure there wasn't still a problem. What reliable shop I found. I would highly recommend!!!”
