“Facing any major work on a car can be overwhelming, but I promise if you take it here, you have made the right choice, finacially and mentally. They provide exceptional work and are exceptional people!! This is an amazing busines. Recently went through a horrible situation where an oil change place ruined our transmission, it was the worst process, but this company stood by our side, documented the damage throughly and stood up for us. I truly believe if we had gone anywhere else, we would not have had the exceptional level of care and may have not won our case to the extent we did, even though a large company would end up paying for it, they never overcharged and gave honest and fair prices and consistently went above and beyond for us and our car. So greatful for everything they did for us and our car. Cannot speak highly enough of Jeff and everyone here!!”

“Using Baychar was a great experience. I have taken my car to them a few times and all repairs were completed at a fair price. The latest time I took my car in I had to decide if I wanted to go ahead with the repair or salvage the car. They gave me time to think about it and didn't pressure me into a repair when the cost wasn't worth it. They went above and beyond to connect me with a salvage yard and also took pictures for me so I could obtain a temporary tag so I could transfer my plates to a new car. They didn't have to do that but went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Baychar.”

“My car wasn’t starting and I called this place and they were at my house in 10 minutes to tow it, replaced the spark plugs and my brakes in one day and had it ready by that next morning. The prices are incredibly fair and they don’t try and upcharge you. I just moved to the neighborhood so finding such a great auto shop has been on my list of things to do and I’ve done that here. The team kept me updated on everything to do with my car and were very transparent about prices and options.”

“Took two vehicles here for diagnosis. They didn't find anything wrong with transmission on one and said the other was so rusted underneath that the expense would be more than the vehicles worth. Didn't charge me for looking at either of them since th they didn't really do anything. If that was at a dealer they would have hit me with $180 each time.”

We stopped in with no warning and asked if he could look he told us to come around back and he did the repair asked if we needed anything else so he charged our AC too since we realized it wasn't cold... he did both and we were out within an hour. Awesome considering we had two little kids with us!!! And He could have gouged us with price since we didn't even ask how much as we were desperate and he was super reasonable!!! “The brakes went out on my way to class. I was in the area. I thought I wasn't going to have a way to work the next day. The mechanic got me in and out of there fairly quickly. And I'm pretty sure they were about to close when I got there. What an awesome place. They saved me in a pinch. Mechanics get a bad wrap sometimes. Im so glad I was near these dudes. Milwaukee shops can be terrible when it comes to cars. Definitely going to return when need be.”

Long story short, I needed to get 4 tires asap plus oil change ? I shopped around all these different stores trying to find the best deal and needless to say, it was very overwhelming especially with being a female not knowing much about cars. Every single store I called or went to I would get a huge spiel and be told that there was way more things that needed to be done with my car, or I’d have to wait weeks because, I had an unusual tire. Finally came across A&A Tires reached out them, spoke with a kind gentleman who was able to answer all my questions and got me right away to fix my car that same day I can’t thank them enough ?❤️
