Our moon roof exploded randomly (which apparently happens sometimes). I called around town and was surprised by how many places told me they couldn’t fix it. The team at Premier got us in the same day I called, assured us it was an easy fix, called around to find us a used moonroof (which saved us $1000) and put plastic on our roof so I could still drive until the replacement came in. I’m beyond grateful!

“Great experience with Precision Glass. I won’t name names but I had originally gotten a quote from a national “Crazy City” company who spent 4 hours at my house pressuring me to buy. John from Precision on the other hand, came for measurements, to explain his thoughts on the best option for our window, and answer any questions I had for a quick 15 minute appointment. We were replacing a BIG window and the quote came back reasonable and $1,000+ less than that other company. The crew did a great job, were very respectful of our home, and the end result looks amazing. I’m so glad we went with Precision!”

“It’s been a challenge to finally get the title for the vehicle I bought from this dealer over a month ago. With all respect, the dealer was not holding my title, however Volkswagen Credit was due to some misunderstanding on their end where it was showing that vehicle was not paid off by the dealer when in fact it was paid off a few months ago. Volkswagen Credit should be ashamed for making me call the dealer for a month straight without any resolution. I appreciate all the help from the dealer especially from Laura, Lukas, Chad, and many others who’ve helped me resolve this case. A special thank you to Laura for connecting me with the VW Credit and getting this resolved after she just talked with them 1 1/2 hours before our call and they had no record of her calling in. VW Credit needs to improve their processes, otherwise their reputation is going down. I am giving 5 stars to the dealer because it was none of their fault, and I would like to apologize for my frustration during the many calls I had to make in order to get this resolved. “Very good service department, had my vehicle serviced there several times. Oil changes and tire rotation. Fast service, good prices. And they actually do rotate the tires, not like other place's that say they rotated the tires and never did. That would Kocourek Chevrolet in Rib Mountain Wisconsin. Make sure you mark your tires before you take your vehicle to Kocourek Chevrolet in Rib Mountain Wisconsin for a tire rotation. Check your tires before you leave Kocourek Chevrolet to make sure they actually rotated your tires.”
