Toyota connect service said there was an issue with the sos button in my vehicle so I took it into the dealer and of course they said there’s nothing wrong and everything is working fine. But I have had the problem intermittently and it seems like they don’t believe me

Kim was very knowledgeable about comparing details of my old vehicle and new. Demonstrated all features thoroughly. Financial closer traveled too fast and hurried over details. Never straight on answered how much the extended warranty cost, just showed the new installment cost. Did explain all paperwork we signed clearly.
