“I recently got a flat tire, driving my daughter-in-law‘s car. I had my two young grandsons in the car and Zimbrick Volkswagen of Middleton was close by. I called them and they assured me they would help me out. I pulled up and two employees came to the car and proceeded to change the tire immediately. Another employee came out to check on us a couple of times. After the tire was changed, they had me pull into a service bay where they checked all of the tires and filled them up with air. I don’t know what I would’ve done without their help!”

“The communication so far has not been great. I’ve been without a car for 20 days. I called twice to which they said I’ll get a call back. I never got one and finally said, each time you guys told me you’ll back but haven’t. Then they talked to me. I feel like I’ve been in the dark about my car. I don’t even have a rental. My mom traveled from Canada to help me out by letting me drive her car and she can’t go back home and had to extend her stay because this company has been taking forever. I’m not impressed with the communication and time. I heard this should’ve been the best but so far the customer service has made me question that.
Update: they made things right. They figured things out with getting me a rental car. I appreciate it. Just picked my car up today and it looks great. Sure it was pretty much almost a month wait but they did a great job, it truly looks good as new. I’m glad they were comprehensive and did it right. Terry was personable and answered all my questions in person.”

“So glad I found this Store, they are so so nice there as well as very reasonably priced. I think the Ladies name that helped me out was Kerry, I have to apologize if I got it wrong. Anyway she was amazing, I purchase an Air Filter & a Cabin Filter for my vehicle and she knew I was unsure if I could replace the old ones myself .. she said if your car’s outside right now I will install them for you!She had them both installed in like 2 minutes… and on this 93 degree day too… all I can say is thank you so much and I will only come back to Weaver for all my Auto needs.”

“Gustafson’s Body Shop absolutely deserves a five-star review!
I was in a freak accident that completely destroyed the grille and air conditioning system on my vehicle. I called 15 different body shops trying to find somewhere that could get me in, and most couldn’t even look at my car for three weeks.
Then I called Bob at Gustafson’s. He told me not to worry, just have my car towed there, and he would handle the insurance company and take care of the rest. And he did exactly that!
I got my car back in a little over a week, rather than waiting the three weeks I was being quoted everywhere else. I’m incredibly grateful for how quickly and smoothly everything was handled.
Bob did a fabulous job, my car looks great, and everything is working exactly as it should. The communication, service, and turnaround time were all outstanding.
If you need a body shop, I highly recommend Gustafson’s Body Shop. He took a stressful situation and made it so much easier.”
