“Bob and Michael are wonderful people who work hard to get your vehicle back on the road and make sure that it looks 100% before letting it out the door. They did an outstanding job working with insurance to get the right parts to be installed for a better than new repair. We were also able to continue our daily activities as they provided us a rental car. Throughout the repair, Bob kept us informed about the process. Thank you so much for the service!Services: Painting”

“Had my car just fixed here. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. He made sure that my car looked better than imagined, he even cleaned it! Him and his team got the job done really well and timely. The shop is super clean and your time is valued to them so they do a great job! Hopefully I won't need to see them for a while...on my part for accident wise haha. But I would trust them to fix my car anytime!”

“So glad I found this Store, they are so so nice there as well as very reasonably priced. I think the Ladies name that helped me out was Kerry, I have to apologize if I got it wrong. Anyway she was amazing, I purchase an Air Filter & a Cabin Filter for my vehicle and she knew I was unsure if I could replace the old ones myself .. she said if your car’s outside right now I will install them for you!She had them both installed in like 2 minutes… and on this 93 degree day too… all I can say is thank you so much and I will only come back to Weaver for all my Auto needs.”

“We were on our way through Madison when the motor on our car blew. We made it into the parking lot of this Advance Auto Parts store. Shane, who's an employee there, was soooo very helpful and tried everything he could to get our car going (at that time we did not know yet what was wrong). He went out of his way to help. Seriously, if every employee anywhere would be this kind and take customer service to this level, people would come back to enjoying shopping in person.”

“Jeff Templin is a fantastic person to deal with. The man is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to Model A's. He has done so much to help me get our 1st Model A on the road. He has always been there to answer questions and suggested what would work best on our car. No doubt his knowledge is unsurpassed. If you need anything, check with him. If he doesn't have it...he'll point you in the direction of someone who does.”

“I was so impressed by the service we received at Gerber Collison and Glass in Middleton! I was a bit stressed after the entire passenger side of my daughter's car was damaged. But our experience with getting it repaired went so smoothly. They worked closely with our insurance company to work out all of the details. It was a pleasure to work with Matt Keating. He kept me in the loop during the whole process with emails at least once a week. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The car looked awesome when it was done. Susan at the desk was always super friendly on the phone and in person. I would highly recommend this place for their great work, fantastic customer service and for exceeding my expectations!Services: Painting”

“Very happy to write a nice review for the great experience I had at Zimbrick Auto Group. Was in the market for a specific Grand Cherokee trim model and they had one. You never know what kind of treatment you're gonna get when you walk in looking for a used car. I met with Roy Fenn and immediately liked his demeanor and professionalism. We test drove the car, and Roy was knowledgable and helpful. The car was in excellent condition but they had missed one blemish spot when they detailed/prepped it. I didn't make the deal immediately only because I was concerned about the mileage. But the car was i such good condition and I trusted Roy so I called back and told them I'd take it. Went back up a couple days later to pick it up. Roy had the car saved inside and out of the weather, so it would look perfect when I arrived. He also had that extra blemish taken care of when when I returned without me asking him to do it. On to the financing with Business Manager Mike Oleniczak. This again is where it gets dicey in most dealerships. Not here. Mike was outstanding. A strait shooter and a professional just like Roy. He got me a market best interest rate with no haggling, and a very good extended warranty, again with no haggling. Normally this would be the end of a very good experience. But on the drive home, I sensed a small vibration at upper highway speeds. ( I tend to drive freeways in the 80's). Used cars with heavy mileage are sold "as is" and so no warranty. I called up Roy and he put me in touch with another excellent Zimbrick employee, Nate on the service side of the Acura dealership. Nate was again a top professional; He set up a repair appointment and got me a great loaner at no charge. They found a slightly bent rear rim. They got it fixed in a couple days, I brought back the loaner, the vibration gone, and no charge for the repair! So when you think about it, they went above and beyond, and I had a great experience in all 3 sections of the Zimbrick Auto Group: Sales, Finance, and Service. When all 3 pieces of an auto business have such professionalism and deliver such a solid experience, you know they care about culture in that company. So go see Roy Fenn if you need a quality used car and don't want the normal BS of most dealerships. And if you need financing or want to go extended warranty, Mike will really take care of you there. Nice Work All Around Guys! ONE FINAL NOTE: One of the reasons I went to this dealership to begin with: THEY HAVE ZERO ADD-ON MYSTERY FEES. Many dealers add on fees for prep fees, service fees, detail fees, etc. These fees add up to thousands and then the great internet price you saw is now crap. Go to place where they treat you with respect, and don't try to pull that BS. Start your search at Zimbrick and you'll be happy you did.”

“I've been buying parts from here for well over 20 years. The owner, Mike, is a super nice guy, as are most of the employees. If you need to get a part off a car that you can't access, they will come out and move cars around to help you out. Sometimes they'll even help get the part off in such a circumstance. However, you can also just request that they get the part in the first place. This usually raises the price by $5-$50, depending on the part. The more expensive/harder to remove parts will cost a little more. All their prices are reasonable though and sometimes negotiable a little bit. They don't haggle but if you're a few bucks short and you're really polite and kind, they MIGHT let a few bucks slide. In addition, if you buy a mechanical or electrical part, such as a heater blower motor, and it doesn't work, you have 7 days to exchange it for another one. Don't try to be slick though- they mark their parts and they'll know if you're trying to bring in a part that they didn't sell you. I highly recommend this particular company because they've never done me wrong, have a huge variety of parts from many, many years, makes, and models. And if you're lucky, you may even get a little hello from a kitty. I didn't see any the last two times I was there, but usually there are cats roaming around or hiding. They feed and take care of them and in return, the cats provide pest control. That's another reason I love this place. I'm a huge cat lover and they care for some so I automatically appreciate and respect them more. ??”
