“Outstanding care starting with PAR staff who maintained a good balance between professionally and personally engaging me. Tanya Sievert, APNP had me stop in x-ray before meeting with me (very efficient). The x-ray tech was very pleasant and professional. The MA was professional, but went along with my humor (see White Coat anxiety). Ms Sievert was professional, very sharp, very thorough and went with my humor. She asked for a PT consult and he (I can't recall his name, but he referred to himself as "the bald guy") was there immediately after my visit with Ms Sievert. He was also professional, sharp, thorough and went with myhumor while he worked some of his PT magic on my knee. My knee's getting progressively better since.”
