“The customer service here is awesome! We moved to Green Bay about 2 years ago. One time I bought a winter jacket, but decided I needed the bigger size when I added all the layers underneath at my house. Another time my mom ordered some shirts that were too big for my birthday. The staff was super helpful in allowing me to exchange the items for better sizes regardless of store receipts or online receipts. And they are always willing to help me find something if I describe what I am looking for. Thank you very much!What a neat place to be if you’re a Packer fan. “We came to Dunham's to get life jackets after a bad experience at Cabela's. We were pleasantly surprised at the selection and not just of life jackets. The employees were helpful getting ones that were too high to reach. Ended up browsing through the store and buying several other things that were on sale or that we hadn't been able to find at other stores. We will be shopping here first from now on.
P.S. they should open a store in the Fox Cities/Appleton area!”
