“I had never been to any sort of Pawn store due to me being from a small town in the middle of nowhere. I was anxious walking into Pawn America because I didn’t know what to expect when I was pawning my ring. Stephen noticed how anxious I was and walked me through the whole process! He even went into depth to explain how they determine if the diamonds/silver are real. It was a super neat experience to see how it’s done, but I also felt very comfortable after that. It is very hard to put my mind/anxiety at ease, so I applaud Stephen for being able to do so! I will be back because of the 10/10 experience I had today. Thanks, Stephen!”

“This store has everything you didn't know you needed. There is something in every aisle that calls the money out of your pocket if you are not careful. I love how spacious the store is. Love the layout. It makes browsing seamless. Love the cleaners of the store and crisp smell. Very inviting atmosphere, which can be dangerous, especially if you are on a budget.”
“Amazing selection of stuff and great prices. Last time I was in staff forgot to put some DVDs in the cases went in the next day and not only did they fix the issue but apologized profusely. Wasn't necessary but was greatly appreciated”

“I stopped in with my family a few weeks ago to purchase a new phone for my Mom. Shakira was wonderful to work with! She answered all our questions, recommended phones and accessories, set up the new phone, transferred the contacts, and even downloaded the apps my Mom uses regularly so she didn't have to navigate that herself since she's not very tech savvy. Shakira was very patient throughout and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely go to this location again!”

“Just your average Target department store. There's plenty of parking, and it's easy to access. It's perfect for a quick grocery run or a long shopping haul. We had ordered some things online and picked them up in the store. Typically, it is a quick and easy shopping experience here.”

“The store manager, Preston, is awesome! My family just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. Unfortunately, one of the new phones started having issues holding a charge shortly after I got it and on the day I was supposed to fly out for a trip out of the country. Preston got on the phone calling all of the local T-Mobile stores and was able to locate a same-day replacement on our route to O'hare. He saved the day!”
“We were referred to this location from the Monona store. Thank God! Monona store is terrible. We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic!She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”

“Steve is awesome I've left my second radio with him. He had it fixed in 2 days. Put new antenna on my own coax had another radio fixed I took. 200 dollers for all of it. Been in business along time plus ham radio operator. Got another truck Steve put new coax on and fixed another radio. Steve i have all them radios I told you about. Only 15 more. . As soon as I get up there. Thx”
